Congratulations..really nicely done. I especially enjoy your flattop grill videos. What would you say are the main benefits of a flat top grill ? I am currently thinking of getting one. Also: would it be possible to make a video on how you keep it clean? Thanks and all the best!
I’ve been watching your flat top videos as I want to get one soon. Since you own both, which Camp Chef do you prefer - the FTG600 or the Pro 90X stove with flat top?
The reason why no deep fry on them is they are seasoned will dirty your oil and kill the consistency also you referred those brats to chick breasts were they made with chicken I was outside so I missed that segment :) as always learned and enjoyed and where do you get the covers?
My thought also on no deep fry instruction for fries. Yes those were chicken brats. The lids I got from a restaurant supply store cheap under $10 my "Candy Store"
Nice job!! btw........the link you provide doesn't seem to be working......is it some type of discount code for Camp Chef? Anyways keep on griddling!!!
I picked those up from a restaurant supply store, several sizes available and cheap. We have two restaurant supply stores here, my kinda candy store. I'm going to making some improves soon to the cook shack. Thanks for asking and watching
I use peanut oil and change when dirty then pour back in bottle and throw in the trash. I've been telling myself to strain when done and cooled off after each time,, but I don't. During the winter months I left oil outside so pretty much froze. I would bring oil in the house then warm up on stove top. Now with summer almost here I will store oil in the house to keep bug/animals free. Thanks for asking and watching 😎
Ps does your wife miss cooking? Lol awesome recipe thank you I have a smaller griddle my son in law has a bigger one we’re both blue rhino have you tried hot paprika it’s very versital and has a nice heat
She has used the flat top before. She made awesome chicken mushrooms onions and peppers sandwiches. No I haven't used hot paprika but I will be looking for it in stores. Smoky spicy, sound great. Thanks for sharing and your support 👍
When done cooking scrape clean and apply light coat of oil, next time cooking scrape clean heat up a bit then coat with oil turn heat up a bit more then allow oil to heat up scrape clean wipe corners clean with paper towel ( do not wipe entire griddle with paper towel as paper towel will get in bedded in to griddle) and then cook. I do mention it at the end of my video English muffin sandwich. Thanks for asking & watching
Could you please make a video on how you did the smoke stack out the back on the Camp Chef pellet Grill? I just got my Camp Chef 4 Burner griddle and getting anxious to put it in my building and season it.
How exciting, you'll enjoy it. It's a 4" duct couple of 90 degree and a chimney cap. The taller the chimney the more it draws so keep it as short as possible. "Building"? Make sure you have plenty of ventilation. The Cook Shack by far is not a building. Thanks for sharing and watching 🥞🥚🥓🥩🌯🥪🍔🌭🐟 🌽 enjoy👍
Brian Eibner mine is a shed with doors, window two vents at the ends and vent cap on top.. Still gets smoky. Did you run your pipe outside above the roof? Or just out the side and cap it? And how did it effect the temp in the Camp Chef?
