Just found your channel! Thanks for the quick tips on eradication of mealy bugs. With a mild dilution of isopropyl to distilled water, I think we'll get through the infestation pretty fast. Thanks!
I actually found alocasia regal corms on the floor of Home Depot recently. They had a bunch of huge plants that were on clearance because they were clearly on deaths door and 2 of the giant alocasias had fallen over onto the floor and there were 3 corms just laying there. I picked them up and brought them home and am trying to sprout them now. (I purchased plants that day too so I wasn’t just scrounging around for free stuff without being a customer lol) But yea they would have just been trash and now they can live on.
So beautiful, thank you for sharing ❤ I can't get enough of your garden, gorgeous and behold every succulent garden I have ever seen. And such an incredible inspiration for me ❤❤❤❤❤
Hi there wish I'd know about you years ago but better late than never 😊I watched a video and you have a succulent that I'm guessing was in your yard it almost looked like a rose and you said it goes dormat in the summer, would you by any chance sell me one i can't find it here and i think they are just beautiful Thanks for all your help with teaching me how to care for my little friends 😁
I get so many of mine off the floor and ask of course but it’s unbelievable the plant that have just little pieces that can be rooted! If you do decide to do this please make sure you ask you don’t want to get accused of stealing ! The secrets out OH NO LOL
Thanks for the video! I picked up a succulent leaf (unsure what type) years ago, and just kinda put it in a pot with dirt tilted towards a window in my room. Turns out I did the first method on accident! I’m so happy with my little plant and it’s nice to have a guide since I was just winging it before. I’ll definitely be on the lookout for more succulent leaves!
Taking clippings from neighbors yards is how many gardens have become great places, of course you should always share 😊 When I walk my dog, I see my plants all over my neighbors yards!!
Can someone explain this to me? I don’t really get what we’re doing here. We just find a stray plant and snag it. Bring it home cause I do that. Yeah I get that part. I got a coast right now that I snag from my clients front of their house thing was just blooming and I said plant may I have some of you and I took it home it was very happy, but yeah actually you got a rescue that this is what we really doing I mean, I just gonna die rescue them let them live. I make it a challenge. ❤
If you ask me I’ll let you take it. Keep you conscience clear. Next thing could be screws parts fell from broken bags which really encourage one to test the limits, by tipping over a planter or break open a package then came back to see if any parts left from sweeping job! 😂😂😂 One thing lead to another before you know your defending yourself with family n friends how you got that expensive shoes and shirts? 😅😅
So you put the plant in the water then powder, then water again. I never understood how that works. I am going to invest in some drops instead. I thought the powder was not supposed to be distributed in water. All it does is wash off the powder when you put it in water. By the way, this vid is so soothing. Nice choice of background music that is not distracting.
Never heard those called Traviscamcha I assume that is the scientific name? I always just called em wondering Jews. Never knew their n scientific name... I have a lot of purple hearts I've gotten from stems that have gotten snapped off. Somebody ran up against them and broke it, a child broken on accident, whatever
I've been prop lifting for years. My favorite is going to a place with established plants such as a fun park, or even a botanical garden and helping yourself to a few pinch cuttings
My friend started doing a plant swap. Bring a potted plant to share from your flower garden or house . We numbered everyone and allowed them to take their turn to pick a plant. We then shared a lunch. It was always a hit. ❤
I bought a FLF and set the pot down outside under the eves temporarily. Well, the fig didn’t wait and shot its roots into the ground and quickly multiplied into four strong healthy stalks. They have now reached the eves. My house is two stores so the plants must be 18 - 20’ tall now. Looks really nice.

I have a friend that works in the floral department at a grocery store. She has saved me plants that are about to go into the compost . I call it my compost collection! I’ve brought so many plants back to thriving . She loves seeing my photos
