I soak all nuts..which i love..for 24 hours, with two rinses of fresh water. Then, i drain and empty on to a clean dish towel..i put another one on top and dry all the excess water. After, i fill a few freezer bags, them simply freeze them and use as and when i have some Greek yoghurt and berries. Frozen blueberries are excellent in yoghut.
I just bought A2 milk and will use it. Coming from Asia and then living in Austria, I never experienced any problems with milk till I came to the US. All of a sudden, I was getting diarrhea, mucus build up and indigestion. I had no idea what was wrong with me till a doctor said I was lactose intolerant and allergic to dairy. So I switched to almond milk which was fine but I missed drinking the wholesome milk. Thanks to your video, I finally understand that it was not me but the A1 milk Americans drink here. Even after fermenting the A1 milk in the hope it would be better to digest, I still was experiencing mucus build up in the morning. I am now going to take A2 milk and make yogurt from it and will report back to you with my findings. Thank you for your video on A2 cow milk.
Balanced video. Fun fact - Canalo oil is derived from rapeseed oil, an engine lubricant. It's made using hexane and benzene - just like gasoline. Bon Appetit
2 ingredients. Liquor & vanilla beans. How hard can that be yet ask these videos make it seem like it's some exotic long drawn out secret. A monkey could make it😂
Sorry to say it is stressful to listen to your video with this dusty music. Who advise this? Please take music of so we can focus on knowledge. Thank you and may God bless you.
From her link: INGREDIENTS (makes 4 servings) 1 cup split red lentils, rinsed and drained well 2 cups water pinch salt PROCEDURE 1) Combine the rinsed lentils and water in a medium bowl and let it sit overnight. The next morning, pour the entire contents of bowl to a blender along with salt, and puree until smooth and creamy. No lumps! 2) Heat a nonstick skillet to medium heat. Once warm, add 1/4 cup (60 mL) of batter to the center of the pan. Using the back of a spoon, spread the batter into a 6-inch circle. 3) Cook for 3-4 minutes until surface of tortilla appears dry. Slide a spatula underneath and flip. Cook about 1 minute longer to brown other side. Transfer to cooling rack and cool completely. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve with chia jam, almond butter, or cream cheese!
Great video. Thanks. Other than water that many people already said how to save and reuse for plants, I would suggest using some darker and thicker cloth or even place in paper bag or wrap in aluminum foil to avoid light. That cheesecloth bag is not keeping light out of the seeds 😉
And of the two, boiling or steaming the oxalate containing veggie matter, is not boiling (and discarding the boiled water) a lot more effective than steaming the veggies?
It's funny how these westerners make so many content, Yoga businesses make trillions of dollar economy, but are so much poor in giving credits to India/Bharat and it's ancient Vedic civilization scriptures knowledge and misappropriate it as their own invention.
