It's amazing how having clients re-prioritize adequate sleep helps them get results. I've had people scale back on workouts and lose more weight many times. Great vid :)

The book "30 Days to Reduce Stress" by Corin Devaso does a good job walking you through mindfulness exercises that can be used to alleviate stress. I recommend it.
