Hi! Welcome to my channel! This channel is mainly about reptiles, amphibians and jumping spiders and I keep a leopard gecko, a pacman frog, two jumping spiders and some fish. Please remember I am definitely not an expert and don't rely on just me for information as I too can make mistakes. If you decide to get these amazing animals then do your own research as well! Thank you for watching my videos and I hope you enjoy.
De-web?? You just said yourself it’s their safety net…don’t remove it. It makes it easier to get around especially when they get old and don’t stick as well. Bad advice dude
I really feel your pain…I’m so sorry for your loss. I’ve lost all 9 of mine, and I loved every one of them! Yesterday morning I also found my grass spider sling dead…very devastating😔🇨🇦
Do NOT use a jar like that. They web at the top of their enclosure. So doing it the way you have it set up currently will rip into their nest every time you go to open it. Turn that upside down so that their top will be actually the bottom of the jar.
I want to get my brother a jumping spider for Christmas but we are doing all the research first and getting all the supplies first. Thank you so so much for this video
i dont know if this is a good idea this PU foam is toxic for humans while working with it or breathing it in and in contact with water the chemicals will release into the water over time. Dont think this is a good idea for animals which are sensitive.
The music really suits the jumpy jumpy jumps for some reason, it's like it captures the innocence of their personalities. I love these spiders, I have two, one is a pet, the other was a baby I caught in my room, it's mad like, I never would have thought I would find a wild jumper in Ireland of all places, I feel blessed whenever they interact with me.
That wandering jew is struggling because, I think, it probably doesn't have drainage holes? I have a baby tears plant like that that I put in my crestie's viv about 8mos ago. It has established roots but it hasn't grown AT ALL. I really don't get it. My nerve plants and begonia both died back upon planting and they DO put out New growth, but it immediately stagnates and they won't grow either. I can't figure out wtf is going on, and it bugs tf outa me. The other plants are great.
Long time breeder here, save yourself some time...they can be kept communally up to 3rd instar without cannibalizing each other with feedings twice a day.
Hi 👋🏻 I know it’s been a while ago, but I am about to set up a same size tank and was wondering if you could share how much gravel and substrate you used? Thanks 😊
How did you clean the grill mesh top cover, which products? Rinced. All dried naturally? I am in small apartment no garden access tiny shower to clean this it's heavy exoterra 60cmx45cmx45cm
I just saw your channel today in my recommendations. Probably because i watch lots and lots of jumping spider videos. Anyways i subscribed and i just watched your whole jumping spider play list. Then i came here to your most recent video and i see that it's over a year old. I hope that you will come back some day and share some more jumping spider videos.
I know this is over 2 years old but I'm sorry you lost your friend and yeah i say friend because i have a wild caught Phidippus Audax and i have had him for 13 days so far and anytime i see him sitting in a position like your spider was in this video, i get so worried that Jack (i named him jumpin jack) might be dead and i know that when that day comes i will for sure be sad too. Jack is my first pet spider and he has really been helping me to get past my arachnophobia. Yeah I'm scared of spiders but so very fascinated by them and jumping spiders are not just spiders like some people may think. They truly all have personalities of their own and so that's why i say friend. Jack is my friend and Oreo was your friend. I just subscribed to you today thanks to this video about Oreo. He is getting you likes and got you a new subscriber from his grave. Your lil buddy is still looking out for you. 😁🕷️
I’m seriously considering breeding jumpers. How many babies do they have per clutch? How long should the male and female stay together? How long will it take for all the babies to come out?
