The game is really good despite it opening with a hair-pulling navigation puzzle. I'm biased, though, I played it after my lady went missing in the desert, the story hit pretty hard.
true enough. Though this game does take place at least 50 years from today, so I wouldnt be surprised if it was an advanced version. Also, there are a bunch of other things that could explain the abnormality that I wont get into because I dont want to spoil anything or something. I probably wouldnt, but I like to be on the safe side.
Eis Schnee ((Well yeah...buuut its still a space shuttle.....once it looses its booster stage then its not a rocket ship...its pretty much just a plane....planes dont usually work on Moons with no atmosphere where they cant land due to....lack of air))
Sounds like the plot to a movie where the crew sets off for a far away world via FTL or suspended animation, they land on the planet to find it completely barren, but there are traces of life long ago. then near the end they find out that the planet is in fact earth and that humanity is long gone.
Well, that is kind of the plot of several movies and TV shows. There's quite a good episode of the Twilight Zone that focuses on this, and I guess it's no longer a spoiler, but it's also kind of the plot of the Planet of the Apes series.
First of all, i see plenty of life. Trees are living organism! Second, Whats up with the soviet flag all over the place, is this a lifeless planet or soviet planet? also can't go faster than speed of light, from the space suit and the landing module it is clear that this guy is not from future, and he is using current technology. Moreover, from soviet flags, i assume soviets have gone there years before during the cold war. So to sum up, this game makes no sense.

TehMorbidAtheist Sure. Now imagine a speed measuring device surfing along with the light wave from a star, s1, in the immediate direction of another star, s2. In other words, the device is travelling at a speed of _c_ in the direction of s2. What reading would be visible on the device's display when measuring the speed of photos from s2 travelling in the opposite direction (towards s1)?
