And I said ok and I used to get scared of the alerts so when o saw it I covered my ears it it was over then my dad said “ yeah there were six of them I said holy crap but we were in highlands so if anything it would be a big waterspout but I was super scared next day we went up to middlesex where the tornado hit and we saw a lot of damage so we got waters and tried to help as many people as we could

The only thing they forgot to say in this was, if you choose to stay right, your name, date of birth, Social Security number, and next of kin on your left wrist in permanent marker so you could be identified and your next of kin could be notified.
On the verge of the 20th anniversary of the worst natural disaster to ever hit the United States, this has to be the most chilling weather warning ever issued. Can't imagine the fear this struck in the hearts of people in the path of this devastation. As succinct as this message may have sounded, I'm sure it saved many lives.
Reminds me of when I went to Williamsburg summer 1999, lots of thunderstorms on the day we went to Busch Gardens, another day when we were going out to dinner I forgot where, and then the day we were to fly home (which shut down the airport, and we went home the next day (albeit direct vs a stopover like on the way down) and in first class! Those were some of the gnarliest thunderstorms I've ever seen.
At the time, I initially had a Winter Storm Watch. TWC had predicted 6-10 inches while NWS had 4-6 for me. By the afternoon of March 24, NWS changed my Winter Storm Watch to a Winter Weather Advisory for 2-5 inches while TWC bumped me down to 4-6, then the morning of March 25 (the day it snowed for me), NWS lowered it slightly again to 2-4 inches, and TWC had the same thing. I got 2.3 inches from that storm.
