put the chorizo in pan first on low heat with no butter or oil, you will render the fat out of the chorizo and be able to use that to saute the onions and potatoes
I am Italian American. There are a zillion ways to make Italian meatballs , like Greek meatballs , apparently. My Mom used to say, “ Meatballs are like feet; you only like your own!”. I will try your recipe as you fry your meatballs first and add egg to bind the meat, like I am used to doing.

Hola, esta receta funciona mejor en el horno, y las berenjenas se pueden cortar, salar y dejar 1-2 horas para que se calienten. Pronto haré unas berenjenas empanizadas buenísimas, que volverán a estar en el horno, pero también las puedes cocinar. en una sartén para hacer
