-1.5 lb/680 g Veal minced meat
-3 cloves Garlic
-3.5 oz/100 g Bread
-1/4 cup Red wine
-1/2 cup Water
-1 tsp Cumin
-Salt
-Pepper
-1 Egg
-2 tbsp Olive oil
For the sauce
-3 tbsp Olive oil
-1 clove Garlic
-1 tbsp Double concentrate tomato puree
-1/2 tsp Sugar
-Salt
-Pepper
-2 Bay leaves
-14 oz/400 g Canned tomato
