Great video!! I love the trends this Fall! Classics mostly yes, but great ones. I love fur and have a mink coat. I feel no worse about it than I do for my steak i eat or leather boots i wear. It was a 20$ find at a thrift store and it is beautiful. Love Western, natural leopard, reds, greens, British country equestrian. Maybe not the butter yellow. Thank you for the videos!
So in Texas its just a boot. Literally never think of the “western” part of them. They’re cute and practical. Actually a staple like a moto or riding. Theyre always a thing even when theyre not a thing 😅
Surprisingly I have something in almost every category except English countryside and boho. Can’t do boho too short, 4’8” ish and almost 79, so no. But would love to find an English plaid jacket or trousers. Ironically I have always loved full, flared jeans and pants and I wear them. Never did skinny. Love to overdress and I live in the north woods. Well done. Just subscribed.
Carrying a bag in hand or under your arm, restreins an arm, showing you don't need an arm. You have someone else to schlep your stuff around. Women who walk around a lot and have shit to do, places to be and packages to schlep wear backpacks or, cross bodies or even bum bags/ pouches. Not to mention briefcases or rolling trolley. Bags that don't restrain an arm or the body.
I think the really large puff sleeve isn’t as relevant this season but we are seeing a slightly puff sleeve in cropped jackets so it a nod to feminine style. Style is about dressing what looks best on your figure. We always ate attracted to women who look great in what there wearing no matter the cost
As the title said, fashion TRENDS. They're only trends, next year it will be different again. Thats why I don't follow trends. Wear what you want. Its not sustainable to follow then unfollow trends.
Love your hair long, so sick of people saying you have to cut your hair after a certain age, if you don’t like it cut your own hair, if anything that ages you.
In my SF humid resort style living, no way without my WOC, I wear all the time, only in cooler months , I pull out my other bags. And poofy sleeves, it has to be styled more edgy, and iconic ones, from Old Celine archives, Jill sanders and even Khaite , will always looks trendy 😉
So happy that ripped jeans are out never have or will buy a pair. Also happy to see the end of name brand cross body bags or camera bags go, if I see another Mimco or country road bag 🤪. We were told that skinny jeans were out last year, but women refused to stop wearing them. It will be the same this year with crossbody bags. They are practical and comfortable. We wear what we want to wear. Designers and fashion reporters need to check with us before they declare something as a dying trend.
Yes. “Designer” anything is tired. Being snubbed by salespeople. Overpaying by THOUSANDS of dollars! I understand the draw of high fashion high visibility. I don’t like the price. The prices are ludicrous! there are so many really gorgeous bags and clothes now that are easily found online that are more appealing at the moment.

I’m a total Anne of Green Gables fan. I would beg my parents to take me to PEI every year to see the play an visit every Anne landmark. I had the entire collection of books, and re read them often. If you can get your hand on the first mini series made over 30 years ago, that is perfection. The Anne with an E series is awful.

Function will always win over fashion. I will forever wear a crossbody! 😁 I love the trendy purse styles, but if it's not hands free, I won't even consider it.
Great video. I’ve started to ask myself: would I buy it if it did not have the name/logo/status…??? Is it because I really love the design and quality ? Or why do I want it… most ofte the time end on mid-range brands… and love the white Aupen bag, have it as well and love it 😊

@@ZibaLennox I travel quite a bit so I like the travelon crossbody with locking zippers. Not a fashion statement, but I’ve never felt out of place with it anywhere. Never have been a luxury bag girl ever though…🤷🏽♀️
Clutches are a big no for me. They need a little handle or loop so I can hold a drink or get appetizers during cocktail hour. That’s the thing about handbags- they need to be practical as well as pretty.

I love your video. I'm sorry to see that the puffed sleeves are out. I have a lot of puffed-sleeved tops. And my love of them was from the original Anne of Green Gables. I read the books and have also been to Lucy Maud Montgomery House in Prince Edward Island. Anne of Green Gables is a big part of Canadian culture. I am not a fan of the various versions of Anne Of Green Gables they have made over the years. The original with Megan Follows was the best.
