Definitely a mod of some sort to bypass emission sensors. Modern diesel engines don't do this anymore from factory and infact burns much cleaner than gas.
Such a dumb truck and a worse driver. The people that try to be obnoxious on purpose just to annoy people and show off drive these.... and record it for the internet.
This is ridiculous. I’m all for hot rodding vehicles but doing burnouts amidst a black cloud of diesel smoke in the middle of an intersection is asking for big trouble.
