I saw you on the high way in Nashville Tennessee I was in a white mini van and I waved at you and you honked your train horns love to see you doing the rollers on the highway and it made my day today
Wow !! Seriously just when I thought it couldn’t get any better. You went and did this ! Absolutely hands down my dream truck. The best one you have done in my opinion.
Bruh that dude was weird. I didn't like him. He came with the intentions of selling the truck. I hate that he won it. Not a thank you. Nothing. Oh well fk it.
Dude id be so fucking ecstatic seriously man ol man that boy got a sweet ass ride and didnt even seem to really be happy about it fucking sick giveaway truck gabe cant wait to see what u do next
The craziest part is your not just giving away a truck. You're giving away a house! Someone could sell that truck and put down a fat chunk of cash for a down payment on a home. That's wild
My 06 mega cab 5.9 lost Overdrive n just starting to slip in second 😭 said man this is perfect cuz I entered for this truck, I needed this!! Lol 😂 😅maybe next time 🤷♂️🙏
In most states, I think Georgia may be one of them you will have to pay around 30% of the trucks value in taxes. So if the truck is market valued at let's just say $45k, then he would owe around $15,000 in taxes, So if it's valued at $90k. he would owe $30k. in taxes. Most states have a sweepstakes tax. It's basically the same as a gift tax. 7 states that I know of that don't charge sweepstakes taxes are, Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming. CONGRATS to the winner tho', that is one sweet ride he has.
It's called Title Ad Valorem Tax or TAVT, and it's only 7%. Now he will have to pay extra taxes on the truck, since it's a prize, and still considered "income". Just like if you won money at a casino, etc. But that'll be next year when he files his taxes.
@@raymondcain9148 Winning sweepstakes is completely different than buying a truck and paying TAVT,. It is taxed at around 30%. Google "What is the tax rate on sweepstakes winnings in the state of Georgia".
@@06Crf250rider TAVT is the tax you pay when you buy a vehicle, and as you and I stated above, he will be hit with a prize/sweepstakes tax of around 30% on top of the TAVT, and yes, it will be due at tax time. And as I stated above, It's basically the same exact thing as a gift tax.
