Great video. But my mistake was thinking that the cup of vinegar would be emptied through the wash cycle, so I switched the cup from the upper rack to the lower rack and did a second cycle! How does the vinegar help clean if it doesn't swish around in the dishwasher and stays in the cup for the whole cycle?! Thanks!
You know, the point of laundry is actually moving the laundry in the water softened by chemicals to pry the dirt out. What you did is just make the towels leak color.
i wonder what cleaner substitutes you can use. also - i think pouring this in the toilet isn't the best idea. it would be better to pour this into the ground (in your backyard) in dirt or gravel. this kind of stuff can't be good in the water ways. thanks for the video.
I would soak the rubber parts in a diluted vinegar and water solution first, then add baking soda to get the foaming reaction. Otherwise you are just instantly neutralizing the vinegar making ineffective at killing any mold spores or bacteria.
