Same here. I have replaced the inlet pipe, clamp and hose. Along with the inlet o ring 3 times and still leaks. I may have to replace the pump in case there is a fracture causing the leak. Anyone find a solution?

Hey I have a 2005 chevy colorado 3.5 l 2WD . I have a question . I seen that you pull out the fuel pump fuse and open the gas tank cap. Does it matter if you have the truck turned off and then you proceed with disconnecting the fuse ? Or does it even matter ?
@jonramirez2760
@jonramirez2760 3 года назад
Good question. It does matter, you need to pull the fuse while the truck is on so that the fuel supply gets cut off and the engine stalls.

@jonramirez2760
@jonramirez2760 4 года назад
Don Juan is probably right, some newer models have it in the fuel tank so you will only be able to replace it when you change out the fuel pump assembly. But maybe take a look under the cab on the driver's side to see if you can spot the fuel filter canister. If it's not there, then it will be inside the fuel tank.
