Hello, my name is Hannah - a certified Pilates & Aerial teacher, currently based in New York City after 8 years of teaching Pilates in San Francisco, Thailand and Vietnam.

Moving Mango Pilates (formerly Pilates With Hannah) is a channel dedicated to helping our community improve their mental health, body strength, posture, and awareness of all the amazing that is YOU through Pilates and low impact home workouts.

Transformation is the heart and passion of Moving Mango. I believes Pilates strengthens our bodies, improves our self-image, expands our holistic health, and heals the soul. Moving Mango method is the perfect combination of New York Classical Pilates, Contemporary San Francisco Pilates and Vietnamese mindful flows.

Great as a Drinking Game with your Friends. Just take one sip every time she says: keep breathing, belly button in and very good. Best done with six Friends in a cottage in Sweden. But keep in mind you Need to do the workout as well at the Same time.

I tried your pillates class maybe 6 months ago. It was 1 hr class and I stop every 20 minutes and death after the class is over 😂 but now I found myself follow the move to the end and feel so good afterward. I guess I grow stronger 😊🎉 thank you!

Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ i dunno why i find it feels harder than ystrday i stopped at 8 mangos each 😭 Day 3 ✅ happy Day 4 ✅ Day 5 - skipped due to fasting Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ Day 8 ✅ Day 9 ✅ i honestly don’t feel any differences in my appearance but i feel really fit!!!!

Dying 5 mins in 😫 i'll def try to do it everyday and increase the time bc im obviously very weak. I think my main problem is my arms, I literally have no muscle😅
