Thank you so so much for this practice Hannah 🙏🏾 I wasn’t feeling good at all and this class allowed me to unwind and release all the tension and negativity. 🥺 The mood that you set with the beautiful piano music, the lighting, and colors in the background were also perfect to feel calm and at peace. 🫶🏾 So thank you so so much!
