Essas can help. When I’m having athsma or anxiety attacks, she’s there. I play with the fidgets on her, I pet her, she just makes me feel.. comfortable.. she helps me feel in place but my mom just doesn’t get it. I have a reborn and she doesn’t help she’s a literally baby doll.. when I bring my essa out my mom says how I need to bring my baby doll out more. So I can barely even se her in public :(
Please comment on this⚠️ I am thinking of getting a Essa for social anxiety anxiety/panic attacks, depression, PTSD Episodes overstimulation and when my body shuts down, could you please tell me where to get one and some stuff to go on like a harness and multiple fidgets and I am sensitive to certain textures, they send me into a spiral. Please leave your opinion of were to get one and stuff!😊❤

I have anxiety, adhd, and possibly autism,should I have an essa? ( I have an anxiety attack sorta if I witness or hear children in distress, not like throwing a fit, like, PAIN. I don’t know why it triggers, I’m also extremely sensitive to noise and just can’t get over it. Thanks for reading ! )
I have a two ESSAs, a weighted cat and a coyote. (Lemon and Rivers) I'm saving for the Douglas Maizie Australian Shepherd, but they're 40 usd currently. My past Maizie ESSA, my mom threw away about a year ago. So I'd like to get another now that i live with my dad.
