In a 50/50 ownership two party partition, one part moves out of property no notice to other party, no monetary or physical addition or payment to property for 26 months, then comes back 8 months after moving demanding money. Party who moved from property is demanding 50% equity. Are they entitled to that much?

The disparity is beyond hypocritical. This documents how unlawful "attorneys" really are. Attorneys that become legally incompetent stop/lose their trial-rights/jobs. Non-Attorneys who are "declared" legally incompetent are mentally tortured in state facilities to be FORCED into trial.
If you attorneys do take "ignorance of the law is no excuse" then explain why Washtenaw Michigan County Prosecutor claimed, "I'll have to talk to my master's at the United Nations about that" [regarding the difference between the corporate legal fictional jurisdiction of the county vs the land jurisdiction of man]. Why would a county prosecutor claim that his "MASTERS" are the United nations? he said this multiple times. I explained this on my channel. Why? b/c attorneys really do seem to be useless, and entirely fictional. I haven't met any attorney that really has a grasp on their own legal system, in depth. like the change over of jurisdiction in 1938 with Thompkin vs Erie RR. No attorney will tell you that any legal precedence older that 1938 doesn't apply in the current fictional STATUTORY/corporate/sea/commerce court system.
This entire videos is confusing "legal persons" with "human beings." That seems to be a fraudulent presumption that attorneys make and gov'ts unlawfully enforce with violence. It's the same as using violence to ensure that human monopoly game players think of themselves as their game piece. Violence to enforce a fraudulent "[legal fictional] perspective" is how we get the UN, the Nazis, the Taliban, and the Communist Parties.

Not a single attorney tells their clients that they DO NOT represent them as "living wo/man" but are representing their "legal presence" representation. It's literally dehumanizing the human being into a corporation, and in the process depriving us of all our rights for legal privileges via unlawful color of law. attorneys are some of the worst liars in the world. everything attorneys do is fiction... everything legal is fiction, no?

Here is something attorneys do not what us plebs to know: Legal Competency is "proven" to attorneys by saying "Take Constructive Notice that I am competent to handle my affairs and over the age of 21" It is knowing that the "legal presence" is a "person" construct that "represents" you but is NOT you!!! like a monopoly game piece represents the player. It's that simple. Attorneys treat such knowledge as "sovereign citizen" or "legally incompetent," but attorneys are all bad actors acting in bad faith to the public and their clients. ALL attorneys operated under unlawful color of law.
