OSSS🗣️ Its a forced exhale that allows your body to replenish with oxygen while being under great pressure. Commonly used in strength & combat sports! For us we use the verbal part of it to motivate eachother and let someone know that they are killing it mid set!🤝 Paul J
Great question! Personally Ive never tried halflay planche pushup variation, but I imagine it would be approximately 50-60% of a full planche pushup in difficulty. There are a lot of factors that can change this scenario based off your form in planche ( pelvic tilt, shoulder protraction, scapula depression ) Paul J
