Vodník, also known as wasserman/ water man, is not always potrayed as monster with frog -like face, sometimes he is depicted as man with green skin, green suit with one wet coat-tail sitting on willow tree near river/lake and smoking pipe and he stores souls of drowned people in mugs in his underwater house. in many fairytales he is often depicted as good guy and often helps innocent people.
*If it weren't for this video, I wouldn't have known that Neuman was originally a male character in the comic. And that makes it the third character in the franchise who underwent gender change. And of course they even turned some fair complexioned characters into black. Hollywood is licking politic's "D" as usual. Glad I stopped watching the series after season 1*
They didn't include Israel's Abu-Lele. Abulele is a nightly creature that hides under the bed or in the closet, and it will come out if you dont get to bed and sleep!
