Hi not sure if you're still replying here. For the hefesto with the band on the feet, how did you get on top of the bar to set up for it? I'm trying this variation, but i've never been on the top of the bar in the correct starting position. How did you get up there?
This guy was one of my biggest inspirations to start my road to front lever master, currently can do 15s fl, almost flpu and touch and oafl and oap, dragon press, low victorian, impossible dip, cya when i get to fl master
May i ask you these two questions first of all did you mostly do those kind of frog tucks gradually straightening out the legs into straddle. Second you seem to start with bend arms elbows then straightening it. Most people i see who do planche start with straight arms regardless of it being tucks or leans or half lays straddles
How long did you take from rehab to full strength? I had a couple of injuries last year which forced me to step back. Initially I had a 'go get it' mentality where I disregarded pain and continued training through it. Just before I watched this video I felt that although through these setbacks I gained pearls of wisdom on rehabilitation, I was weakened and that there was 'nothing I could do about that' or 'I would never be the same again'. But after witnessing your comeback I realize that anything is possible given patience and pure grit. Thanks brother!
you know, reverse planche on floor is one of the hardest skills in calisthenics and it requires mainly power..hollow back is more about balance, but it's really hard too :D
I broke my ankle 2 weeks ago, trying a 360 in a very unestable bar, not a good idea now i know but ur video give me the motivation I need to heal and keep going! thumbs up!
Hey, it's nice to hear that you've gotten back to working out again! Were you able to rehabilitate the injured area to full strength that is comparable to your peak? I'm currently dealing with one that has caused some scapula winging.
