I started this channel to create basic HOW TO videos for Ford Broncos and OBS Ford Trucks. Gradually the videos will become more and more complex, so please subscribe and follow along so we can repair and preserve these classics together. I also part out Broncos and F-Series Trucks, so please feel free to email me parts requests.
While making these videos we use certain tools and parts. Links to these items are in the video description- which can be found by clicking on the title , then "more". This will show you more video detail as well as chapters you can click on to go straight to certain parts of the videos.

We love getting products and tool to test out, hang on wall, eat or drink!!! They can be mailed to our P.O. Box (accepts ups and usps)
I feel stupid even asking this, but I'm stressed and about ready to punch a wall.. n e how my back window stopped working today and it went from bad to worse. To make a long story as short as possible.. I was trying to manually lift the window up and in the process I pushed the back door hinges in, and now I can't figure out how to get them back out, in order to close the door.. ? Any suggestions.. no key for back window either. Front switch was working now I can't window up or back door closed? Frustrated and feel stupid to say the least..
My whole deal here went crazy, Now have over full reading, temperatures all the way up, the oil presser all the way over, Battery’s charge is dead on 0-, told could be a ground, cleaned all I could find, What happened was moving it on a trailer and forgot to put in gear and front wheels rolled off end of trailer and bottom out on frame, Any ideal what happed anyone
My door panel broke off the entire section where the inner strip mounts😢 I was so excited my door will be almost perfect now, except no way to secure that inner felt 😢😢😢😢😢
My inner door handle had 6 machine screws through it to try and hold onto what is left of the door sheet metal😂 I did mine yesterday. It turned out so nice. Huuuuuuuuuuuge difference after replacing my door hinge pins and this door repair plate. Also did the latch and striker. I have to do the door lock actuator rivet still. Oversight, I was almost fully prepared.
For the rivet can I have an assistant put pressure on the actuator side and I do the manual rivet tool from the outside? I don't have a compressor at home and a larger rivet tool is cheaper than a compressor and a pneumatic tool.
Wow that's so much easier than I was expecting! My whole vent is boogered up but I do have a donor truck so that'll be so nice to get it fixed finally! Thank you so so much!
Hi guys, thanks so much for this video. I’m having issues with the latch linkages. Do I need to remove the window to remove and replace the linkages? Thanks
Thanks Chris for selling the seat cushions and this video. I just finished installing both sea cushions in my first impression as well. What a big difference. Totally worth the time and money.
Disconnect the steering shaft on the hood. Then on the inside of the vehicle, you’ll want to unscrew five or six 3/8 self tappers that hold the base of the steering column into the firewall. You’ll have to remove the column trim and your shifter arm indicator cable. Then 4 bolts on a silver aluminum bracket under dash. Then yank it out.
I ordered sent payment August 11 , the check was canceled/returned as paid 4 days later I contacted you september 5th was told you'd given me a tracking number that night , 8 days later nothing no Tracking no Nothing,
Make sure that your lube is rubber friendly.Personally,I use Sil-glide to lube o-rings,faucet washers, etc.Great idea for replacing regular valve stems without breaking the bead.I have,in the old days, broke the bead, pushed an old brake cable with a washer on the bottom up thru the stem, then,up thru the rim.Lube the stem, stand on the tire and use vice grip on the wire to seat the stem. Then there is sometimes the problem of resealing the bead to inflate. This is a good alternative.
I had this exact bronco. Ordered it new in 96. I wonder if that was mine. Lol. Wish I never traded it in. That's the nicest looking suv ever made right there. I always wanted to put a 7.3 powerstroke in one.
Why do you pump out the front but remove the cover for the back ? Just asking because it seems like you could suck the back fluid out as well , just trying to learn thank you for the videos , I’m working on 83 4x4 f150 with 4.9
Bucket seats have an armrest attached. The 40 2040 split bench seat does not have any armrest attached to the chairs. Just a fold down console/ jump seat.
These suck. The foam is nowhere near the density of the original. If you’re 150lbs or less you might be ok. I’m 210 and it completely flattens under my weight and very uncomfortable. Extremely disappointed considering the price.
hi guys that video was very helpful for me I have a 1996 f150 I have been working on it was running well until I changed the positive battery connector now it will shift hard or buck when shifting and it keeps blowing the 10amp fuse on #18 in the cab and I have no speedometer now. can you point me in the right direction to fix this?
7:01 what is the metal tube at the top of the throttle body that has the hose going on top of the radiatior and what does it do?. My truck is missing the tube on the top. My one heater core tube goes to the T fitting that goes somewhere behind my tentioner pulley and the other piece connects to the bottom of the 2nd inlet on the throttle body. Thanks in advance as im learning about my grandpas truck. Really appreciate your video.
