It’s 98% percent, the only changes I would do would be full-sized side turn signals, yellow striped rear bumper, rub rail on the end of the skirt and that’s it.
Will do when mine arrive, however I can tell you there are three compressors. Interesting because you’d think a larger single unit would be more efficient.

The door operation concerns me, it’s very complicated and doesn’t function like any door on a school bus ever has. Each panel is of the service door is controlled independently; a computer tells each side when to open/close. Two pins driven by a solenoid, secure the door in place wall in motion. The door switch will not allow the door to open/close while in motion (at all). The 8-ways are actuated by the solenoids on the door rather than the door switch itself. Lastly, the service panel to view the internals of the door is now gone and hurt you must remove the entire door cover to view the internals..
