Huge mistake by Fenix for choosing that greenish SST-20 LED, instead of the Cree XP-G3. For many years Fenix used good neutral white XP-G2 LEDs, so it was expected of them to go with the XP-G3 next.
Totaly agree on that one after using since I got it. Also is the magnet a deal maker or a breaker. Personaly do I not like it that everything metal in my pocket always got stuck on it.
You also can get SST20 without greenish tint and Crees with green tint. This has nothing to do that they are in general like that. The SST40 also often has a green tint when used by Fenix but I once had a Convoy with a SST40 and it didnt had a green tint. The LEDs have bin codes from which you can see which has more green neutral or pink tint. The one with green tint are a bit brighter. Thats what Fenix is looking for. Not light quality.
This watch shouldn't be in existence because it does everything the F-91 does & is essentially the exact same timepiece. Is there really such a demand for a different digital display to justify making the F-94? I wouldn't have thought so. Likewise the F-91 shouldn't be in existence because its essential the same as the F-84! Casio obviously feel there is. I don't dislike the F-94 its ok. But it is & forever in the shadow of the F-91. Which if you like to wear something a little different is perfect. 👍
Although the product had several shortcomings, here is my balance against the low price and functionality: Packaging: The lack of a proper box was disappointing, but not entirely unexpected. Material: It’s likely not stainless steel, which raises concerns, though considering the price, it’s understandable. Movement Type: While the watch was advertised as automatic, the quartz movement mimicking an automatic feel with 180 bpm adds a higher-end illusion. Strap Quality: The strap is functional, though the quality leaves something to be desired. Date Window Misalignment: The misalignment of the numbers is a minor flaw but could become bothersome. Dial Print Flaws: The dial imperfections are noticeable but tolerable at this price point. Despite these issues, the watch has worked well for over a week, and considering the cost, I'm satisfied with its overall value.
You can also use 1/4” hex bits with that hole in the hammer. I think the signal is a really cool knife. I’m not too fussed about scissors. I have a Leatherman Style CS mini multitool with scissors that are way better than any flimsy scissors on most other pocket knives.
I see the mold lines on the side of the strap of the Casio. I don’t see that on the Chinese watch. I have a blue one in my hand and I know that the strap is much more supple than the Casio as well. Also if you look very closely the buttons are closer in on the Casio possibly making them harder to manipulate. Then there is the cost... I think the SKEMI is a fine watch. And I own many higher end pieces.
Ohh, you opened my eyes, I was almost done with the checkout at Ali express. I am really thankful to you. You saved my money bro. Can you send me the link to the original one? please. Love you.
I wish I saw this before placing that order. I was psyched and I've been watching and admiring the watch from reviews. If that's what they'll bring I'll just throw it away.
I think the best video to compare them each other, I am sure other people like me who want to see them together before purchasing would like that video to have an idea about the both at the same time. Thank you so much.
This may sound crazy, but I think the Tissot aesthetically just looks better obviously the Rolex has a better movement, but the Powermatic 80 actually is a pretty good movement and can be rebuilt. For the price you can’t go wrong with the Tissot!
Of course you can compare the two. Rolex is overvalued by 9000 usd and the Tissot is properly priced at 600-800 usd. Aside from the polished and more durable Rolex movement, the watches are almost similar. Now, dies that polish and more durability command an 8k premium over the Tissot? If you said yes, you need to get your head examined for tumors. With Rolex, you’re primarily paying for the name. Same as buying a 5k coach bag. Only sheep buy high end luxury watches.
People that said they prefer the tissot is because they can't afford to buy a rolex, if this same people could afford buying the rolex they would be saying they prefer the rolex. I can't afford a rolex but objectively the rolex is the superior watch in terms of finishing and quality. If someone would be giving away a tissot and a rolex for free and you have to choose one everyone would choose the rolex because it have more valuable and more quality. I'm not here trying to denigrate tissot I own four tissot in total and are excellent watches. My whole point is that people that said they prefer something they can afford over something they can't afford, they think they sound secure when in reality they sound insecure asf. Are both of this watches almost the same thing considering the price difference? Of course. Is better go for a tissot and buying a car instead of buying only a rolex? Obviously yes. Those are some examples of why is better go for the tissot instead of an rolex but in the end of the day the superior watch is the rolex and if you thinks otherwise you're just showing how insecure you're.
My video was not intended to compare the Milgauss and the Tissot in any detail, as it is clear that the Tissot would lose out to the Rolex in every aspect. Whether you can afford a Rolex or not shouldn't really matter. I completely agree with you that if I were to offer both my Rolex and my Tissot for free, where you could only choose one watch, the Rolex would almost always be chosen. I think it is time for me to make a new video because it has been a while.
G shock are totally over priced..should be 30 euros.. I bought this skmei in romania for 6 euros from AliExpress. It's just perfect what else I would want more than that?
Buy the tissot for everyday use or overseas trip. Save your Rolex for business casual and important outings. Rolex is difficult to get nowadays. That’s what I do. Have a yacht after S&B and a tissot sea star for everyday use and overseas trip
@@florianmeijer5027 It is indeed insane that prices have risen so much. When I bought mine I paid the equivalent of 600 euros for it and that was online at Uret.se. Now it costs 762 euros converted there.
This one has been on my radar for a while. It's a way better option than a tiny pliers based multitool like the LM Squirt, Gerber Dime, Nextool Mini etc. The plier head on the Vic is the same size as on those 3, but it's basically a mini pair of dedicated pliers, which pivots off the body of the SAK. Meaning firstly that it's much stronger as it doesn't have a pivot where the handles fold around the pliers head, and secondly you get more control, leverage and reach, since the tool fills the whole hand when the pliers are extended, with a Squirt for example you are only holding the handles with a thumb and 2 fingers. Those Victorinox pliers are far more capable than they look. I know this as I own a LM Squirt, and a Swisschamp. As it is I often carry the Climber, or the Farmer X, together with a pair of Knipex Cobra XS pliers. But honestly I'd recommend the Supertinker over the Climber due to the Phllips driver, I've only used the corkscrew once in 3 years of owning the Climber.
I replaced philips screwdriver with corkscrew in my Deluxe Tinker. So i receved model wich was discontinued many years ago a Deluxe Climber. I think this philips is very bad idea of Victorinox.
I think it's good. The can opener can deal with size 1 & 2 Phillips screws, as long as they're not recessed, and of course it's always better to use an inline driver. But if the screw is recessed you can use the backtool Phillips driver, provided it's not too difficult to access. That probably covers you for 90% of Phillips screws you're likely to come across. However you should just take care not to apply insane amounts of torque as that would warp the aluminium scales.
