Seiko NH35 in a AliExpress assembled watch 

Well done. Its very satisfying wearing something like that which you have put together yourself but a small word of advice. Get yourself some finger cots. They cost next to nothing and the danger of you leaving a finger mark on the dial or corrosive body oils on the movement will ruin any pleasure you get if it happens as it did to me. Every time I look at my first build I can see the mark that no one else can see.

I built mine with a different case, and got it pressure tested. It survived 150M, so I'm happy even though I don't even wash my hands with it.

is it waterproof?

Is NH35 legit even if it is without country of origin engraved on the rotor? I believe it should either show Japan or Malaysia. -A curious question I havent got answered yet
