There are a lot of Tokyo vlogs and guides, but I think you have something special. Your voice and way of seeing even familiar places are clear and distinct. Making these videos is surely hard work but I hope you keep on making more if you enjoy it!
A super video! Thanks for sharing. I like your selections, commentary, music choices, and including restaurant, cafe recommendations. A couple still to visit. A few suggestions for future Tokyo walks ? :) One of my favorite neighborhoods is Shimokitazawa, also Roppongi: Roppongi Hills to Midtown, and not a neighborhood and haven't visited yet - Azabudai Hills.
This is one of the best videos I’ve seen about the different wards in Tokyo and what each is like. Thank you for sharing these slices of your life, your artistic eye and editing skills made for a very satisfying experience🎐
Hello my friend. Nice to meet you. Beautiful sharing. I would like to go there one day. Japan is one of beautiful country. Sending support from Indonesia ✍️🇮🇩🇮🇩
Thank you for coming to Japan. The video editing is wonderful. I can feel your cute and intelligent aura. I hope your trip to Japan will be a good memory. 💐💐💐
Hello, thank you so much for this vlog. Can I ask if you really grouped these places and wandered around them in a day? If this is doable, I'm hoping to pattern after your route. Arigatou!
Hello! Thank you for your comment :) I didn't go to all the places in one day as i didn't have a whole week off, so I filmed them during my time off from classes/work and put them together in a schedule that I think works in a week. Most of the places are quite close together so I definitely think it is doable!
Fyi, watch this movie "星月童話 (Moonlight Express)". The ending got a nice little "Hitome theme" when 張國榮 meet up 常盤貴子 at HK Victoria Peak. 我叫Hitome 多多指教。😁 yoroshiku。
I really enjoy your video, i want to know is it really all in one day? I am going there soon and I want to know if it's possible to go to all those places in a day thank you so much btw your voice and dialogue is really nice and calming! really full of insight
Hello! Thank you for your comment:) This is definitely doable in one day, it just decreases the time you have to stroll around each neighborhood/stores. So for a more flexible day I would remove the Skytree at the end and stick to Shimokitazawa, Kichioji and Harajuku!
Another great video! 🎉🎉 Btw, there is a very good hidden bespoke cocktail bar in Tai Kwun as well! A little bit hard to find but the drinks were really nice!!
My wife and i are planning a Tokyo-Nikko-Tokyo trip in last week of Oct this year. Can you share some tips on what to take note in packing to Nikko? It is not advisable to pack in hard-case luggages visiting Nikko?
Hi! Nikko is quite chilly so it'll be better to have an extra layer on top of tokyo clothes. In october, I think we usually where one long sleeve in Tokyo so maybe a jacket to go on top of a long sleeve would be nice. In terms of luggages, I think it depends on whether you'll be staying in a hotel or doing a day trip. If you're doing a day trip, a hard luggage may make it hard to walk close to the falls, trails but if you're staying at a hotel the trip to the hotel should be smooth and fine with a luggage. I'm not sure if this helped, but please let me know if there is anything I can clarify :)
@@littlenewyorker Yes. We are planning to spend 4 days in Nikko for sightseeing and hiking so we will be staying in hotel and Ryokan. We are afraid that hard luggage is too big to board their local buses from the train station to hotel (will stay 1 night in Ryokan then switch to another hotel for the rest of the stay). clothes wise we did your homework and have an idea of what needed. 😊
As an overseas Asian, I highly recommend all overseas Asians visit Singapore. Somehow everything seems familiar, like visiting newly discovered distant family.
Greta video! Cute editing too A suggestion, lower the music/background sound during your voice over so we can hear what you’re saying clearer Sometimes it’s hard to hear what you’re saying
omg thank goodness you didn't go do the standard Maxwell Centre stuff you have no idea how many tourists I have seen burn money and time queuing there lol if you ever come back please explore Amoy Food Centre which is nearby Maxwell. It is mostly a lunch hour crowd place but is like a hidden food gem nice vid, good captions, music, you did your research well
😅 I was told the chicken rice was the best there but maybe it was a good thing the line was too long. Will have Amoy Food Centre on my list for my next trip! Thank you so much :)
