The soldering was successful, I was able to charge the device. However, after starting, the touch screen is not detected for some reason. I disassembled it again, cleaned the cable connections, but it just doesn't work. Where do I look for the error?
Sorry to mention this, but do you notice if the case lids ever get scratches from the wooden bench you use? Often i see you sliding the case over the wooden bench top 😮
Great job! Many thanks! After replacing my keyboard and battery, I lost both the Touch Bar's functionality (Great job! Many thanks! Do you have any idea which connectors could be responsible for this?") it is lightni and the haptic feedback on my trackpad. Do you have any idea which connectors could be responsible for this?"
Its not a very good design, they could've used a headphone jack at the end of each side, and never had connection issues, instead they used same connection from their charging port that proved to be crappy and easily corroded and worn out over the years.
Friend, I have a question: I bought that chip but I see that mine does not say Panasonic but the model is the same. Does it matter or not, my friend, if it says Panasonic?
Dear you are lucky without programming this T-con (LCD logic board) worked. I have no idea how you did it but we have many many boards, all these board have to be programmed with the glass # & check to see whether it a dual glass or just a single one. Keep trying, nice job done. One worked for us too, but no idea how it work, thereafter we have to get this board programmed with the screen glass which we are going to use on.
Hey mate, the problem is that the hinges get full of lint and dust and they get tight to move the hinges causing them to break away from the weakest part which is the back of the screen. I noticed that you didn’t clean the hinges or lubricate them or try to fee them up. If you had one like mine that are very hard to move the hinges, how would you free them up and what lubricant would you use? I’ve particularly freed mine up using electrical silicone grease but I’m thinking of using spray graphite powder and before I tried it I wanted to get your advice on using graphite on a laptop
My s20 plus is currently turning on but screen dont touch, even when it was repalced with new screen , can you help me with the schematic jump diagram so i can jump my to touch working
When I removed the motherboard I thought I was about 80% done, but was a little confused by the battery seeming to be stuck to one side of the keyboard, so I found this video.. OMG now I seem to be only 5% done.
