It was stuck on 5 Volts and 180MA , Replaced PD Controller C3215C00 UB300 , After replacing PD controller 20 volts restored but still macbook Not Turning On, found 5volt Power Rail Missing. Replaced U7650 TPS 51980A and Macbook turned on.
