Thanks for the vid. I recently visited St. Lucia and wanted to visit the Naked Fisherman. It was closed by the time we got there but we got a drink and swam for while. How do you take care of your hair after the beach?
Hey there 👋🏾 I hope you enjoyed your experience at the beach. After a beach day, I will simply rinse out my hair with a shower to remove any sand and salt. Then moisturize as usual. No shampoo since I may do another beach day the next day. 😄🇱🇨

Great vlog, thank you. It is now over 20 years since my parents passed, also all the family elders who cam to England in the 50s and 60s are longer living. As such I no longer hear Creole being spoken it is great to hear it again. Although I do not speak it, (as I have no one to speak it to) I still understand everything. I will be going from my home here in England over to St Lucia next year…..I cannot wait to reach there.

Thanks for showing covering the breadfruit with turmeric leaves.ln St. Lucia we also used banana ,macambu or lobster claw (barlizye) leaves.The English name for tesor for those outside St.Lucia is coalpot. Our browning is made from brown cane sugar and the dark browning has not harmed our ancestors/grandparents. Love your blog my girl.love the setting 🎉❤😊😊😊😊😊

@@cometmoon4485I would say any month is great to come to the Caribbean. It is sunny most of the time. Keep in mind that the hurricane season is from May to November so you would expect scattered rains here and there but it’s not anything that would dumped your fun (expect of that year a storm/hurricane decides to visit).
