You will often see my husband Craig and our two gorgeous (and little bit crazy) children Ralph (6) and Olivia (3) and me of course, a 30 something girl, that loves plant based food, adventures, the outdoors and living life.
I have realised I don't have to be perfect I just have to show up and enjoy the messy, imperfect and beautiful journey of our life.

Excuse u turned off the comments on your video WHAT MY 7 month old eats in a day cuz your a coward iguess your not giving ENOUGH MILK TO YOUR DAUGHTER SHE NEEDS AT LEAST 32 0z a day and u give her milk 7 hours a part wow how cruel are u u should talk to her pediatrician about this u gave her a lousy three bottles seven hours apart she needs at least 5 or 6 bottles remember food is not the primary source of nutrient at seven months there primarily food is milk food is just for snacks or exploring they need milk for nutrition more then food the milk is there food ask her pediatrician or even google this and also ihope u don’t just delete my comment please actually look into it as your baby is actually suffering no jk
We just booked a spur of the moment trip to Centre Parcs for next month so I’m watching lots of vlogs to get excited. Yours made me cry in places! It’s so special and beautiful 🥰🧡🎄
Owww it breaks my heart to see little ones unwell. 😭 my boys 7 months and he’s just started showing chicken pox. His older brother is 5 and he slept most of the time he had chicken pox.
Hey Jennifer. Your meals are clean,simple and healthy. I am going to do a revamp. I got out my old school scale and finally stepped on it and didn't like what I saw. I like simple too and nothing too complicated. I like the way all three meals are simple and loaded with veggies. I have got to get back to fasting and doing smoothies and having just one small main meal.
