Hey Jennifer. Your meals are clean,simple and healthy. I am going to do a revamp. I got out my old school scale and finally stepped on it and didn't like what I saw. I like simple too and nothing too complicated. I like the way all three meals are simple and loaded with veggies. I have got to get back to fasting and doing smoothies and having just one small main meal.
Loved this video, yes please make more, what you and your family eat in a day, its always so healthy and seems so easy :) look forward to your video chatting about more why you choosing vegan food :D

Great vlog Jennifer, it’s lovely that Ralph and Olivia are enjoying plant based meals too, I think I’d struggle getting mine to go full time plant based, we do 2/3 days meat free but they do love a roast chicken. Do you feel better for cutting out animal products? I’d love to see a vlog on Christmas gift ideas for kids, you always have great ideas x
The kids do still have some meat and dairy, Ralph has it at school dinners but at home we try and eat as much plant based as possible. I honestly do feel a lot better for it. I might do a video on it actually. Im trying to think of the best way to do a christmas gift ideas as my son watches my channel so i cant show too much 🤦🏼♀️ x

Loved this I’ve been toying with the idea of a plant 🌱 based diet, would love to see more maybe a food haul if you have time and don’t mind .... do you have a recipe for the muffins they look delicious! Also do you take vitamins ?? Tfs, take care x
I dont eat alot of meat and my son is dairy and soya intolerant so tend to use plant based meals more. Where do you get the yoghurts from? I haven't found a nice replacement for petit filous he misses his yoghurts. Lovely ideas thank you for your videos xx
