Hello Stievo, are you sure you about recommending "AlphaGPC" combined with creatine and beta o to the audience? It turned out for me, after two months of supplementation, that AlphaGPC is extracted from soy lecithin which increases estrogen
Hey folks, the greatest remedy/fixer for Acid Reflux on earth is CELTIC Sea salt!. It is the best salt by far, and the only salt that is Alkaline - with a ph of 10 - same as an 'antacid'!. The other great thing about Celtic salt is it's only 33% sodium chloride (the other salts about 95-98%!). Celtic salt is much richer in the other vital minerals, because it has far less sodium chloride. Just put a bit on your food every day, and throw your ordinary table salt away. Your acid reflux attacks will be slashed to the bone on the first day you start taking it. If you feel a pesky 'acid attack' out of the blue, eat about 10 or 20 or so grains of Celtic salt, and it will be gone fast. It is also BY FAR the lowest cost treatment.
thank you so much, I just cut down about 5 artemisia annua plants, 6' tall and threw them in the compost pile. Im gonna pull them out, dry them, and make tea to have every day over winter. Thank you so much.
Nice subject. I naturally lean towards the A type diet. I just feel that I cant live without meat and need to eat more meat to feel fine. And I did have problems with digestion and found out that creatine could help with that. I have used it and my digestion improved. Its needed to pump acid into the stomach. I wonder what the ratio of slow methylators is amongst bloodtype A. There are so many other factors in the mix these days. Epigenetics is huge I think in this regard. I ran into Tau Tia Douglas and she also speaks about personality in bloodtypes but also takes the rhesus factor into the mix.
I took it while having anorexia and ended up with a heart arrhythmia and even now after being recovered I struggle to keep weight on I truly believe it being taken off shelves saved my life Praise be to God
Thank you guys, I’m so glad I stumbled through this podcast. Been doing some research as I’m trying to teach my kids about their immune system. My blood type is A+ I have Sjögren’s Syndrome and deal with osteoarthritis. Now it all makes sense.
My partners taking antacids, doesn't listen when we talk the risks. But finding natural answers that he will actually do.. nope people are lazy they want a quick "fix" they get results from antacids 😅
Enjoy these videos. 30 minutes into vid still no mention of the number one cause of low or no testosterone. The number one cause is low potassium diet. many videos about low potassium shuts down testosterone production 100%. pretty simple low potassium equals no testosterone. what could be more major then that
Thanks for the heads up re hypokalemia (low potassium) and low testosterone. We will include this when we re-visit testosterone as we undoubtedly will in the future.
Thanks for the Question. There is a significantly increased BE risk associated with smoking, alcohol intake, high BMI, less sleep time, and PPI use. Inversed associations (i.e. Things that may improve BE) are aspirin use, vitamin C intake, and dietary fiber intake.

Hello. First, thank you for the wonderful podcast. Second, I am a bit confused after listening to this podcast. DiM has been used in budybuilding albeit with results that differ and opinions differ also... If it is an antiandrogen, how come if you search the web it mentions only positive effect on test levels due to getting rid of negative estrogen? And if it is an antiandrogen, is it totally an antiandrogen or a selective one such as bodybuilders use to increase free test (SARMs)? Please let me know how to contact the guest so I can ask him this question directly also. Thank you!
SUUUUCHHH beautiful information, I've searched for days and days because this is growing in my backyard this year out of nowhere. I was hoping to find wormwood and sweet wormwood is a godsend and even better. THANK YOU❣️ For taking the time to make and share this video...amazing stuff. I'll be making tinctures for sure!🦋
Thank you so much for the kind words! Nic and Steve both just said that reading your comment has made their day. We are glad you have found the podcast helpful.
At around 40:00 you're claiming people get fat because they eat modern fruit in the winter ? And that it has nothing to do with calories ? I'd like to see some evidence because I think it is very unlikely
Just forget it. They talked more about themselves, which is A. And the rest are all over the place, no structure at all can be pointed out for certain blood types. You better google and find online articles about blood types diet, you save yourself ALOT of your time
I asked ChatGPT for you, here’s what it said: For individuals with blood type B, the Blood Type Diet, proposed by Dr. Peter D'Adamo, suggests specific foods based on their blood type. While the science behind this diet is debated, the recommended foods for people with blood type B include: ### Recommended Foods - **Meats**: Lamb, mutton, venison, and other lean meats. - **Dairy**: Milk, yogurt, and cheese are generally well tolerated. - **Fish**: Cod, salmon, mackerel, and sardines. - **Vegetables**: Green leafy vegetables like kale, collard greens, and broccoli. - **Fruits**: Bananas, grapes, plums, and pineapples. - **Grains**: Oats, rice, millet, and spelt are considered beneficial. ### Foods to Avoid - **Chicken**: It's said to contain a lectin that can affect blood type B individuals negatively. - **Corn**: May cause issues with blood sugar regulation. - **Wheat**: Often linked to weight gain and sluggishness. - **Lentils and Peanuts**: Thought to interfere with nutrient absorption for this group. It's important to remember that this diet isn't universally accepted by the medical community. Many nutritionists suggest focusing on a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains rather than strictly adhering to a blood type-based approach.
At the 14 mins mark, did he say that iodine deficiency or iron deficiency, was part of the picture of the cause his arthritis and bleeding gut? While also being on anti-inflammatories that caused the gut issue.
Being in the US, my doctor ran a "blood workup" on me in March. Came back with a score of 232. Should I get tested again and ask for the more accurate breakdowns/testing?

I am listening only for the British accent 😂 I am not sure I like Britain..I think it is a bit arrogant to call itself Great Britain but I like the accent.
How have I not come across you guys before?? Dr. Mercola recently included one of your videos on magnesium and I really enjoyed your format of information. My hobby is and has been to educate myself of true health for about the last 15 years. Thank you for your research and sharing your information.
