Why only serve those in schools, just serve it to everyone in this country. Samoan cuisine isn't well known international either and a Michelin-like restaurant would attract MANY tourists, not to mention inspire locals.
Organic foods, is it widespread in Samoa outside of these organic farms like they grow the same crops they did before or is this a thing coming from abroad. Means does Coconuts taste better and richer than in Europe or the US?

Yeah, there should rather be show how food grows and if it is still grown the traditional way or how to spot plants of bad quality. Is organic a new thing or very normal in Samoa.

Wow!!!!! This show brought out the best in Pacific Island Food, show casing healthy, clean, safe, creative, traditional hearty food from past to present. I have learnt what our island food can do in so many ways especially without the use of sugar and flour! Over and above the hightlights was this show was also very educational in a crisis, mothers and children and everything balancing nuritional meals. Thank you thank you.
