Have to be carful with land here born and raised in Show Low, AZ do your own research there is a reason someone is selling land for low prices. Living 50 miles from the nearest grocery store gets old. If you want vacation land somewhere to park an RV add some storage boxes, solar system then your gone for months at a time traveling eventually someone will notice and burglarize it. The problem is being so far from towns deputy just not going to respond fast enough even if you have cameras they are going to put your call at the bottom of the list. My advice save up more money and buy close to a town with in 10-15 miles it might cost $50-75k that's okay your investing in good property not something that is 50-60 miles from a town. I have met several who were 1000 miles away watching someone steal their entire solar system from their cameras helpless to anything about it. The fact is once they get away sheriff department not going to put anytime into searching for them. This is after you invested 1000's into improving the property putting in a septic system, solar. If your full time living there that makes a difference lot less likely to get robbed with someone there full time.

My biggest obstacle is making sure I have all the restrictions and also being able to make that monthly payment. This economy is scary but scared money don't make no money right...LOL By the way you are doing an Amazing job with this website. You are the only reason I still look for land.

I wish y'all could put in RESTRICTIONS, LANDLOCKED /NOT, COUNTY/STATE ORDINANCES. If there was: "THERE'S NO WAY I WOULD HAVE WASTED $3,500.00 ON LAND THAT I BOUGHT HERE THAT GOOGLE MAPS SHOWS THERE IS A COUNTY ROAD THERE, BUT THE COUNTY COMMISIONER THERE IS TOO LAZY TO FIX THE ROAD SO NOW, THERE'S NO WAY I CAN GET TO IT. And if I can't get to it: THEN THE COUNTY CAN K-M-A IF THEY THINK THAT I'M GONNA PAY TAXES ON SOMETHING I CAN'T GET TO!! AND THERE'S FIVE OTHERS BESIDE ME WHO FELL FOR THE SAME LIE I DID!! DON'T FALL FOR THE LIE YOU WILL HEAR ABOUT DELAWARE COUNTY OKLAHOMA' COUNTY ROAD 360, LOSE THOUSANDS OF YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS FOR NOTHING LIKE ME AND OTHERS HAVE! IT'S BEAUTIFUL: YES. ASK ALL THEM COWBOYS IN ALL THEM WESTERN MOVIES WHY, ASK JOHN WAYNE WHY ... THE USARMY AND USMC HAVE BEEN NUKING THESE STATES FOR THE PAST 100 YEARS THE LANDS ARE IRRADIATED ... FOR THE NEXT 1 MILLION YEARS YALLS WILL DIE FORM CANCER....

My biggest obstacles are 2 parts actually. One is money of course. Sure you have land for zero down and low monthly payments but it’s mostly desert like settings. And small acreage, like less than an acre! I’m looking for at least 5 acres with lots of trees. Doesn’t have to have power to property. Doesn’t really have to have road access! But must have trees and maybe near a stream or river. I doubt that can be found for $500 or less down and $200 or less per month. So that’s my obstacles
