It would be really nice if you could explain what the properties can be used for because a lot of properties cannot be used for certain things like building a house, which is kind of important when you’re wanting to buy land!
I agree with your comment, alot of people don't understand code laws some counties are very strict with a few, very liberal, I personally found Apache County in AZ., about as good as it can get for off grid homes / off grid living (in the state of AZ.).
@@alwaysbetruetoyou Yes he does & no that’s not what he means by the bucket list. The original commenter is asking him to explain the zoning for each property.
For anyone who doesnt understand the 'buckets' , all you have to do is call the county where the property you like is located, they will gladly tell you what the zoning is.
I would like you to talk about more unrestricted land. I would like 1.5 acres. To plant my RV and build my own septic tank. Have a well drilled. That is it. Out in the middle of no where. 20 miles from the city. How about that moto.
No additional fees due to Scott. He charges nothing. Whether the owners of the property you are interested in charge additional fees, ( which I have never found) Scott wouldn't know anything about. He would have no way of knowing unless it is his personal land that he would be selling.
