Hiya! My name is Kasey and I mostly focus on creating artistic content for young adults, old adults, and ghosts. I focus on watercolor illustrations, but sometimes I like to sew!
hmm for some reason, I want to rewatch Bee & puppycat I really love your art style! it brings so much life and personality to these generic coloring book pages
honestly you had a lot of the same issues with copics as I did. I spent over 400$ getting different sets. One marker was dry out of the box, and they'd repeatedly spill ink on the canvas. Apparently it has to do with humidity and storage, but I always keep mine stored upright at room temperature
One of my favorite things to do when I get thin coloring books is to just scan them in the printer so I can use whatever paper I want and never have to buy the book again❤
I love to get children’s activity books to do whenever I need to really de-stress out of reality but I prefer the ones with the nicer thick paper over the newsprint ones as I tend to keep them after their finished.
I’ve been watching this channel for about 4 years and I’ve just NEVER seen you draw a face like the one on that sun and I loved it, idk why it shocked me when I saw it.
I love coloring books but HATE that gray/beige razor thin paper. It's hard finding coloring books with white, decent paper that aren't super expensive. 😕
Kasey, I just want to say I love your content so much; whenever I see a new video from you I get so excited! Your content is so fun and creative and are always my go to comfort videos; thank you for being you💖
Hullo Kasey, I also purchased several coloring books and some were as poorly made as this one your working with! I will NOT work on substandard papers so I scanned the pages I liked and put them onto good and better papers! So any effort expended I can be proud of and not abhorre any of my results! I made this mistake of using that brown "sketch" paper that they requite in college and I made the best portrait I had ever done. BUT this paper ruined any hope of it lasting and It has NOT! I hope going forward you might consider scanning the remaining images or future images. I do enjoy your videos and this was no exception, thanks Kasey!
ive been following you forever and i think this is the first time youve ever used copics as your main medium in a non-copic-theamed video, which makes the children's coloring book even funnier
That cat's face will haunt my nightmares 😂 I love colouring. It's like a low-pressure way to be creative and great for practising certain techniques or playing around, eg, adding blood like you did here. I often use colouring books to practice skin tones and shading in coloured pencil because if I draw from scratch and it goes wrong, I get frustrated and don't finish it. Using a colouring book is like a cheat code to skip the drawing part and work on the rendering. Other times, I will just practice the drawing part.
Oh, i just love everything in this video! Don't have anything to say. I just wanted to mention in a bit or a "erm actually" moment that the beecat/ dog idea reminded me of beecat from poppy playtime!
