This is a great video and covered some things I needed to know. I haven’t looked allthbriggh your videos yet, but I’m looking for how to change the back of your deck card design? The standard is just the words marvel snap in different colors but I’ve seen back of cards that look like cassette tapes and Loki, how do you change that or do you have a video that covers it? Great vid man
Hi great Vid, keep comming!! TLDR: Run Rogue or Enchantress and/or Super Skrull, if there not playing an Ongoing deck, and it looks even questionably like your not gonna win, retreat and try again.
Just hit top 1k on the ladder for the first time, thanks in large part to the lessons you've given in these coaching sessions. Thank you for sharing them!
53:00 ish - I think that staying without snapping is the right call. From what they revealed I couldn't think of what they'd play that beat Gladiator + Killmonger, so either we win, or we paid one extra to see what in their deck beats us. Learning about Cull feels worth the loss, but snapping and losing to learn about it feels too expensive to me.
definitely agree with glazer on the removing of datamined info 😔 i also think a lot of people quit before they complete series 3, i wonder if theres enough people who start buying things like the pro bundle to speed through series 3 that its worth it for them to keep it as a bad experience and just take the loss of people who quit instead but it feels very unlikely
I was asking Bohe for months and finally happened. Thank you Glazer and Roy for listening to the community. That's one big step for Bohe, one giant leap for hispanic community! ✨
Forge needs to be shifted to a 2/1 grant +3 Power. honestly even a 2/0 with grant +3 Power would make him much more valuable at 2 cost, as if you have to get him out later he should offer more to the card he is buffing. (honestly 2/0 with +3 makes him a vanilla stat line, but with the utility of placing the power where you want it)
I would add "enjoyment" to the comfortability with the deck/ internal resort. A player using a tier 2 deck they love playing should net better results than a player using a tier 1 deck that they don't enjoy. The one who enjoys the deck will keep playing and get ahead on the learning curve, and have a larger sample to accommodate bad RNG. Edit: Ah, you guys get into the enjoyment factor a bit later on ❤
Hope Summers will be very good that an inevitable nerf is due maybe a month after her release. Play her while she still sounds as OP. Feels like she will be the new "Ms. Marvel."
Thank you for discussing each card introduced even for previous seasons because it brings back memories. I skipped a lot of previous cards because they are quite niche albeit strong in their archetype, like Werewolf. As F2P, I really need to manage and choose wisely in which to get. Primarily, I go for cards that have a wide variety of uses and not locked in 1 archetype or 2 deck variations like Corvus. If I do get a niche card though, it would be for cards like Annihilus that is archetype defining. The March cards have more coverage compared to past seasons. Even April ones are strong. It's getting tougher to choose lol. Anyway, thanks for this podcast episode, great insights overall.
About the OTA: Lockjaw's nerf was necessary. Darkhawk's nerf hurt me, he didn't deserve it. Forge's nerf also hurt me but I think it was fair. I liked the buffs to America Chavez and Ant-Man. And I didn't care the changes to Sword Master, Adam Warlock and Vulture On the other hand, my favorite season has been Loki because all the cards were incredible when they were released, except for Ravonna of course. And my least favorite was Daken's season.
Feel so much for the splitting of Forge just to have him needed. I had just split my favorite America Chavez and gotten an ink the week of her nerf and now she’s in my hall of fame of don’t use anymore
Im liking America in Big Dumb Idiots, it gives me a place for Cull that I want to play turn 1 and more power is what Im doing anyway so it doesnt really matter what card it hits
