I brought one, everything is working fine! However the sound has problems, it`s hi def version and it makes distorted sound and sometimes goes out of tune. The sound can be perfect sometimes, then it will sound like it`s angry...lol
Commander 2 is the best rear tire I've ever had on my bike. Lasted a long time and wore out perfectly even. I wish Michelin made it in the proper size for my front tire.
Just bought an Indian FTR (same-ish 1200 motor) and had the same issue! Mine was actually leaking quite a bit tho.. it’s almost brand new so you can imagine how awful of a sight it was to walk into my garage and already see a puddle of oil underneath the bike
I am looking at intruders near me can some one tell me if the intruder can do 70 mph comfortably without ringing the engine out either 4 spd or 5pds? If I get one it is for a 90 minutes round trip cruise I was plan to do.
If those bars were any narrower, you'd be crossing your arms over at the wrists. I think if you put on a wider set of bars the bike would also feel less top heavy.
I just purchased a 23 Scout 60! I couldn't justify the 2K difference! Actually 3K cause 60 had a 1k rebate! A 6th gear and 22hp weren't that important to me! It's just my lil run about!
I've been riding outfits for years, the bigger the better, in England the chair is on the left. Went round a left turn, with adverse camber, it was very sharp, chair came up,scraped footboard on right side! (Harly Rd.King) It got a bit wild for a few seconds, but gave my appo. Behind a good laugh! BUT it does help if you put ballest in the chair, I found a fat blonde best.
So far, the Giant Squid has been ok for me...I'm hoping not to have the issues you're speaking of. I'm using the Hero 8. Just got the squid mic today, though. Thanks for letting me know potential issues! Also...I test rode a Scout the other day...man those are fun! Thanks for this video!
I bought a brand new 1996 800cc Intruder when I was in college. I loved that bike!! I saw someone with a 1400 and I knew I had to get one! I ended up buying the 1400 brand new in 2001 on my wife's birthday. Must have been an omen...lol. I ended up selling it around 2006 or 7 because I had kids and couldn't ride like I wanted. Anyway, is now 2023 and I bought a 2003 1400 that is the same exact color scheme as the 2001 that I had back then. I could have bought a Harley but I knew that the Suzuki was a solid bike with plenty of power and maintenance requirements are low. You have to get the carbs jetted and change the pipes to drags. That bike will scream! The wirring noise that seems to get louder with the mileage on the bike seems to be from the cam shaft. I'm not sure about that but that's what it seems like to me. Oh yeah, get the forward pegs too.
My biggest complaint about the scout is that it's tiny. I'm 6'3 and it's "fun" sized. If you are over 5'10" or have long legs it's just too small. It's a good motor and I wish Indian put that in a tall adventure bike.
I've been searching for DAYS! to find a video that actually SHOWS the setup for retro gaming and streaming. 8:00 ... I have a big question. You also use a SNES I can see. It is RGB modded, I assume. Do all three SCART cables need to support, f.e. RGB Sync on Luma? Or is one Luma RGB Cable enough? What kind of cables are the ones that go into the framemeister and the TV f.e.? Dude! Thanks for showing the matrix... I was completely unsure on how to do this.
Indian mororbikes have no price and no dealerships as Indians know to ask My God In Dia N Indian for the bike. That is how this British guy got it as he asked an Indian to ask for it and then took it for a testride in Hamilton to diss it. The mute botton should be on the British mouths. I have the suzuki vs800 intruder 2002. And it's my very first bike, ever. It does seem to be a tricky bike to master. But man is it fun, and even the 800 seems to get me (151 pounds) to 60 like it's 2 seconds lol. Haven't slipped any gears.
800 is a better bike, lighter, quicker off the line and more nimble 😊 plus you can do a vs1400 final drive conversion on the vs800 and it'll have the long gears like the 1400.
