I like chatbots. Building them to feed my family. Own an agency - Quimple.
I literally have 3 subs (a bot, my wife and my dog), I’m not here to sell you anything. When I get mega-popular, I will sell the shit out of you, like any other guru does but not now.
Thus, today you can expect good tutorials, guides, my thoughts and my experience running an AI agency.
My current toolstack for building AI agents and chatbots: Voiceflow, Vapi, Make.com, VectorShift, Synthflow, ChatGPT.
Well done, getting closer to 1000 subs! I was just learning about FAQ sets in voiceflow when I discovered they are deprecating it today! Now I just discovered the Tabular Data Support voiceflow released, do you have any videos covering this? Thanks
Hi Eugene, really helpfull vídeo. Maybe it sounds weird, but I cannot download de VF flie un your resource hub. Those uploaded in Gdrive no prob, but those directly uploaded to notion, i cant. I click and it just open the code. Any clue! Thanks in advance!
So…. Make your video in Russian, take the transcript, translate to English, send to Claude or 4o to redo the transcript and make it properly formatted to optimized RU-vid video length and flow, use Heygen Avatar to present with your ai voice in English, or record you reading the transcript. Language barriers no longer exist, RU-vid best practices are free info any LLM can provide you. Ezpz.
Nah bro, no human connection. You won’t buy my course when I get popular then and I won’t become rich. So I need to make connections, need to show my face to sell you more shit
Hey Eugene, thanks for sharing! The $500 is what you charged the prospects for the demo? How did you structure that offer if you wouldn't mind sharing?
Friendly advice, this video should/could be 10 minutes and I’d suggest only including the meaty value-add commentary and analysis. Feels like you have 3-4 minutes of talking to share a point that could be communicated well in 30 seconds. Just my opinion! I’m on your newsletter!
Well, yes, I kinda agree. I just don’t want to edit the video too hard. And as you can see, I am not native speaker. Bro, you literally don’t fking understand. I was trying to record the 1 minute intro for 1 hour. I swear to god. It was hell. I can’t speak English. So in the ideal world, I would do that. I am trying
Bro... I'm going to cry😭. Why are you guys being so hard on me? I don't know how to speak english. I can give you tutorials on Russian and it's gonna be like 5 minutes.
Dude, I like the value you provide in your videos, but they are too long. You explaining for 10 minutes that you don't have the stats but we need to trust you is not important. It's not a criticism, it's just my opinion. It very likely is irrelevant
Well, I don't agree. I feel like I am one of the VER VERY few youtubers that are honest. Like no one shows you the real stats and real clients. Now sure who you are and what is your experience, but if you watched anything about SMMA for more than 10 hours you should understand why I am doing this. I am always transparent. So like I am sure you have your favorite RU-vidrs (I hope it's me btw) Does he shows you the clients and screen shares, not fking screenshots that he makes money? Maybe... Ask yourself. For example, I don't trust shit on the internet. So when the gurus shilling screenshots or just presentations, I don't trust it. I always ask myself, why don't you show it. I am in the niche, so I know it won't heart. THAT IS WHY I am building a different enviroment. So if I can't prove my words with REAL FACTS I will spend 1 hours explaining why and saying I am sorry.
@@eugenekadzinHi I am from India. Can I do using this process to get the money online for free? Will Indian payment apps accepts these kind of works if I do follow the process, Can I get the money for sure ?
I'd love to hear you explain the key features of your most successful project. What made it a success? What were the biggest challenges and how did you solve them?
Yes, good idea. But I guess it is the same thing as recording videos reviewing different projects. One by one. This way you can think yourself what is the difference. But I think each project is unique, so it really depends on the client you get
Awesome, this is one of the best and most informative videos I have ever seen about Firecrawl and Tabular. Please make video about Vectorshift more Can I use firecrawl for Vectorshift as well ?
Sorry, yes, I already know about it. I initially didn't know that people can't download from Notion. You can save the JSON in txt file and name it like template.vf and upload it Or send me a dm on discord and I'll send it: eugenekadzin
Yo EK, any chance you can do a Voiceflow to Voiceglow tutorial? There's not much out there about how to make it all work. As an eg, I keep getting this fckn thing: "Please double check your API key". Something went wrong, either the API key is incorrect or you haven't published on VF or you have only a capture request on start (Required to have at least a text message on initialisation). {{Its the right API KEY!!!}}
Yes, I am planning tot do it next when I talk about Human Handoff. But I don’t understand why you have a problem. Create a new agent on Voiceglow, (choose right one, advanced), and then literally put your API key from your Integrations tab in Voiceflow in VF API key thing. It should work. Like test one by one, create very simple Voiceflow first step. Like Start - and first message + capture reply. It should work, let me know
Well bro, have no idea who you are but I guess thanks for promoting my video 🫡. Will help me to grow faster and scam my community with courses when I get popular
Hi Eugene, thanks for the video! Very interesting ! I saw you do not recommend Flowise, could you detail why ? I am using it and for now it looks pretty efficient !
Eugene, also thank you for putting the time to document REAL examples. I've been trying Flowise and Vectorshift and Voiceflow looks more mature. Any comparative experience you can share? Are you happy with Voiceflow's past support and future roadmap?
Voiceflow dudes are awesome. They have great Discord, and good support. They are the most mature. I wouldn’t recommend to use flowise… Obviously it can do differ things since it’s open source and kinda low code, but almost anything can be achieved with Voiceflow. Vectorshift is great, but they are super new. They have some interesting things that Voiceflow doesn’t, like native llm integrations, but it can be also done in vf
Sorry mate, I was uploading it didn’t know that you can’t directly download it. Started to upload it correctly. But old files you can copy text and save it as .vs txt file and try to upload
@@eugenekadzin Many thanks. So when I import - either with .vs or .vf, it ay importing 21 assets, but give me the start button and 1 box - regardless of the file.
Yeah mate, I did it on purpose so that my retention is higher 😂. Like I know it's not super convenient, but I see that more and more youtubers do that, so not sure
Is this how you’d build a chatbot for a client? Are there any more needed bells or whistles to create this solution for customers? This is great, can’t wait to see more. I have questions and would love more info about this. Have Anything more besides RU-vid videos?
Sup mate. So... the things that I usually show are simplied. Almost all of the solutions that we build involve some sort of a connection to third party apps from Salesforce to Slack. That is why you need to understand the basics on APIs at least. I mean, I have X, I post daily there about my life and other things. You can check. If you want to message me, eugenekadzin my discord
Yes, so let’s say you can create an automation in make that will be trigger on new update of the sheet and will send API call to the knowledge base with update
Hey Eugene, I'd love to see a 1h tutorial on how to set everything up just so I can get inspired by your workflow. Crazy value you provide in both the videos and the ressource hub! Subbed
@@eugenekadzin Also I love your honest approach towards selling your subcribers a course! This might sound "controversial" but I think this is the motto of your channel right 😉 Keep going bratan
3:19 you probably should censor this part. There are email addresses, names and conversation details visible. I like the transparency in your video, but your clients might not like that their email is put on youtube a potential cold lead email.
Jeez mate, I didn't know that it's not working till a week ago. I am thinking now that I need to change all the templates. Send me a dm on discord and I will send you the teamplate: eugenekadzin
Ok, so I checked the teamplate, I can't find it. But like I think it's just Vapi prompt right? You can literally use any other Vapi prompt from any of my previous videos, it should work. Have you tried it?
Bro I know, I know. Sorry that I heart your fking feelings 🫠😢 Joking On a serious note, sometimes I need to remind myself how fortunate we are to own what we have. Even if we are not satisfied with it. Like there are literally hundreds of millions of people dying because they don’t have access to clean water. Like wtf
Hey Eugene , really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail and also help you with the overall youtube strategy and growth ! Pls let me know what do you think ?
Yes, I agree. Kinda. The problem is that it is very rarely when you can see nuts by looking at the company website that they can benefit from something like a chatbot, email automation or voice ai agent. Sometimes it is obvious. But most of the times you need to dive deep into the business. But businesses don’t give a fk about it, and are not willing you to do that before you propose some value.
Well, 2 things: 1. When you say “here in industry” I understand that you also run agency/build AI things/do consultations right? Because it feels like the things you say come from your favorite RU-vids that say how easy it is. But if you ARE in the niche. And you were able to charge that much (not your friends, and “people you know in the community”), YOU, then… Really cool man. I am happy for you. 2. I am giving my own experience. Working running cold outreach for more than a year and getting referrals, I was never landed a client that was able to pay $3k PER DAY (or whatever). I get 2-5 clients per money. Make 8-10k a month on average now. I know that big clients don’t usually cold from cold emails. My biggest client ($15k) was a referral. But in order to get referrals, you need to build a lot of solutions so that people know you OR Be in the niche for a while (for example like a developer).
😂 I guess like hourly rate. $3k / 8 hours = $375 per hour… Or something. Not sure how this guy acquire clients. I guess Silicon Valley startups can afford paying $1k an hour when they got an investment round, but not 99.9% of companies.
