This is cool but for this scenario, the classic booking form to enter name, number, email address and a date picker is the better UX for the end users.
Yes, I agree. Building chatbots we tend to over complicate things when in reality it is much easier to stick with old school methods. I record this tutorials to show that is possible so you can build similar Make/Airtable automations with simple website forms.

Assigning different Google Calendar accounts to specific events in cal isn't possible, unfortunately. Do you have a workaround that allows skipping cal entirely so that appointments can be booked directly in Google Calendar? I'm managing multiple niches for a client and need this flexibility. By the way, I just subscribed-keep going! Rome wasn't built in a day!
Yes, in theory, there are A LOT of platforms where you can build chatbots. Basically the only thing is to book a table and put the details to Airtable - then there is an automation. But Voiceflow is the best if you want flexibility.
