All your videos are very thought provoking and inspiring. I’m in some debt at 23 from some stupid decisions I made. I appreciate your content because I’m learning so much and you’re giving us all this valuable information for free. Bless.
I'm a small Finacial like you but even smaller since I have less then 1k sub. As my channel get bigger, I might as some more content to make it more entertaining. Maybe have people compete for an item or money. Mr. Beast dose that one so it's going to be some competition for my part.
How about not getting into consumer debt in the first place? People need to address the source of the issue: why are they willing to spend money they don't have to purchase things they don't need and has no value. There is a psychological issue that needs to be addressed.
So the plan is to use US dollar and move to another country and genderfy the people of that country. 😂 way to suppress another culture. American dream is not dead I agree that is not easier. I have always work 60hrs a week. In a culture with people have trouble working 40.
As someone who has gone through a divorce, I 100% back a prenup. As much as we love to say that marriage is all about love, that’s over simplifying it for the US. There’s the religious or relationship side of marriage, and then there’s the legally binding contract business relationship side. You aren’t getting the prenup for the relationship side, you are getting it because you are entering into the most important contract of your entire life. It takes one day to get married. It can take years to get a divorce. If a partner does not accept a prenup then you should be very wary. Like I said, the biblical part is great but the government has nothing to do with anything biblical. You are mixing two different aspects of marriage together as one. Also, you make it seem like a prenup is only requested by one partner. With two high performers, both partners should want a prenup. It’s not like it’s just one person enforcing something on another. It’s just a pre agreement to a complex union.
I disagree. The principle with the prenup is to protect assets from the other person. Not to not involve the state. It's not a contract you enter its a covenant. From a biblical perspective. I have the right to devorce if my partner commit adultry but even then I'm ask to forgive and work through things. We join our lives, our bodies and even our DNA and create a life. But we want to keep our stuff separate just incase. This is from a biblical perspective, I can't comment on your divorce and what you went through. But I would like to say, God bless you and I pray for your family. That's very hard.
1 - I actually have very little debt. This makes up maybe 15% of my entire portfolio, and it’s all 30-year fixed rate mortgages between 2.8-3.375%. Doesn’t make sense to pay down. 2 - Yeah, I get it 3 - Yeah, I get it 4 - 🙏🏻
Same here all thanks to Miss Susan Marie Alessio, she has always been there to guide me through with detailed analysis and recommendations that I wouldn't have access to otherwise.
Susan Marie Alessio is considered a key Crypto Strategist with one of the best copy Trading Portfolios and also very active in the cryptocurrency space.
Wow I'm shocked you mentioned expert Mrs Susan Marie Alessio, when someone is straight forward and good at what she does best. People will always speak for them.
Here we go with you so called Christian that telling other people how to live their lives! Who are you? Just and online influencer like the rest of them! You did not protect yourself with what you built does not mean Other men should not! you maybe all in but if she is not down the road you will regret it like every other man that was not thinking and was just thinking about love! You Christians kill me with your so called core values! But most of them Christians take a knee to trump a those nationalist Christian’s! I used to like this page but now it’s like you pushing your Faith that was used to enslave my people! And to this day ya think Jesus is white with blue eyes and blonde hair! Ugh 🤦🏿
I challenge anyone in the comments to find it in the Bible, that says you need a government contract to recognize your marriage. She’s entitled to everything that you worked for since 11 years old. …although, she’s just came into your life, recently. Does that sound financially reasonable? 😒😒😒
@@TommyBryson that’s a very naive and idiotic approach on your end. Being Christian doesn’t mean you have to be stupid. The FACT of the matter is, half of ALL marriages (Christian and non Christian alike) end in divorce. Anything can happen, and you are playing a suckers game, if you do not protect yourself.
@@solascripturaPR1517 Don't really get the point you're making in the first one. Weddings are a modern day tradition of declaration and witness of marriage. Gives I don't need to go to church to be christian, i can find community outside vibes
Thanks, man! Been subscribed to you for years and have really enjoyed watching your journey (and the consistency is incredible)! For the prenup topic - if you don't do one, it defaults to your state - essentially, the state becomes your prenup. Much better for two people to agree on their own terms than leave it to the court / lawyers (at least that's our justification). On the "Your life or your money" - I love that book! She's the GOAT. Definitely working on a work / life balance, but I've found it incredibly hard not to feel like I should be productive 24/7. Small steps every day!
🦾🦾🦾🦾👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿trust me you did the right thing for you! No man should tell another man what to do with his life! To me people like that are self centered! And you can see it when you just take a step back and listen to him talk about you! SMH
That's interesting on the prenup side, I guess for us if that was the case here in Dominican Republic; it would be creating a document based on Christian values. The US is super complicated with many things, I understand. As for work, the shift came to me when I put things down on paper and I realized that passively I make enough to not need to work. Then looking at where I want to invest my life, that didn't involve a constant trade for money. Also I would love to be on the Coffee hour, if you'd have me. It'll be interesting to have a long format conversation
Congratulations on the marriage! You're a workaholic and that's fine - if you enjoy work keep going. I'll say that if you have kids EVERYTHING will change for you and I'm sure you will get a new perspective and re-evaluate your priorities - I think it would be great for you, it was for me. Lastly, you mentioned phone addition. I'll share what helped for me: YT - I disabled thumbnails and that instantly made it less addictive (I watch only on computer where blocking images is easy to do). I removed FB from phone and link from computer and disabled my account for 2 months. Now I visited twice in 5 months. I will go back to FB but limit to Friends Feed only (standard feed has too much junk). Lastly - leave phone at home or take only a basic phone which as only WhatsApp on it.
I wouldn't wait on my video. Use RU-vid and free software like davenci to learn how to edit. Sign up for upwork and fiverr and hit people up on Instagram and offer to work
Can someone tell me how to get away with 3x the rent requirements. I think this system is ridiculous because i barely make x2.5 the rent on paycheck stub. Please point me the right direction 🙏
I have 6k in saving and I’m 14k in the hole in debt I’m thinking about bitting the bullet and just putting that whole 6k and pay my debt…..any other suggestions
If you have to start with nothing walmart futon blanket pillow dresser kitchen stuff small fridge laundry basket 2 of them bathroom trashcan and kitchen trashcan and get a rocking chair and basic bathroom supplies and cleaners simple but would work a futon is a couch and bed in one
just sold My McLaren and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.
As long as you stay in the market for the long , there's never necessarily a bad time to invest. Even if stock prices plummet tomorrow, you're likely to see positive returns over time. The sooner you invest, the more time your money has to grow -- and the more you can potentially earn.
If you're a high-net-worth individual, you might need someone to give you personalized, tailored advice and make financial decisions on your behalf. That's a wealth manager. They have strong knowledge in managing investments, estates and tax planning and other financial topics.
We had invested money through Cynthia Depken for nearly 5 years. The market had its ups and downs, but in the long run it did very well for us. With my pension, social security and the investments we are able to live comfortably. We are now able to fully enjoy our hobbies, travel, family and making new acquaintances.
I've consulted a financial analyst since COVID began. Investing in trending companies appears straightforward, yet timing is crucial. With a dormant $300K reserve, my advisor manages entry and exit points for my portfolio, leading to over a million dollars in accumulation since then.
Focus on two key objectives. Learn when to sell stocks to minimize losses and maximize gains to start protecting yourself. Second, prepare to make money when the market turns around. I advise speaking with a broker or financial counselor.
