The words in this video are not Korean native words. We call them 한자어(hanja-o, 漢字語) means words composed of Chinese letters, shortly Korean-Chinese words. And the pronunciations of Korean-Chinese letters are supposed that was imported in the period of Tang dynasty. Also many Chinese dialects are known that they are keeping many traditional pronunciations like -t, -p, -k. So it's natural that Korean-Chinese words and Chinese dialect sound similar.(Vietnam is too.)
