it would have been nice if you could have let us know exactly what size or ki d of beads you were using, us beginners don't know all of that just by looking at it, the design was nice if only I knew what we were supposed to use bead wise
I made this bracelet years ago when you first published the instructions. I remember that the bracelet base was not made with size 8 seed beads, only size 11 sead beads; am I remembering this correctly? Thanks for a reply.
Love the bracelet. I make a lot of bangle bracelets and my rule of thumb is measure your wrist with a strip of paper. The take the strip of paper and measure it against a ruler, and then add 1/2 inch more. The way to get it exact is to do just as I suggest and weave both ends together. Leave the thread on, and see how it fits. If it needs more beads take out the thread and add more beads. Works great every single time.

Every time you do a tutorial, I have trouble listening, because you continuously pronounce the bead names ending with duo incorrectly and it really gets on my nervies. Duo is pronounced du oh there is no y in the word but you always say duyo. Please discontinue this in the future.

You know what? I’m a teacher and see this tendency all the time - to make things more complicated for the students because it’s faster for the teacher. That puts a lot of extra pressure on the student, it’s like having to learn a new language in order to learn something. Yes, you are providing the tutorials for free. Yes, if someone doesn’t want to learn your shorthand they aren’t being forced to watch your tutorials. But I would like for you to consider this: some may be discouraged completely. I don’t like to see anyone’s creativity stifled. There are common, accepted forms of shorthand already in place. Anyone learning the common shorthand (to read patterns) is spending their time well. There is no reason to complicate things. Any instructor who tries to replace common shorthand with their own version is… well… enough said.
Love this cross but it is hard to see what you're doing with the colors that you chose wish you could have used either something dark under your hand or some beads that can be seen better but this is a beautiful
