I do this yoga pose every night, twenty minutes before bed. It helps me to sleep like a baby, without the side effects of medication, and without a dent in my savings. I've also noticed my pants have gotten looser since I began doing this yoga pose daily.
I would like to mention one thing here, I have installed yoga hammock in my house to practice, I first time I stepped on it I came to know how diffiicult it was I was desperately searching for some tips to get a hang of it and came across your videos, and fell in love, I don’t y you stopped uploading but please do upload some sequences
I want to like your videos, but this whole "all levels" thing is very frustrating. I can't even hold all of my weight by my hands *at all* and I KNOW that I am not the only one. This is so triggering how exclusive the yoga community can be toward people who are even slightly heavier or weaker. Please stop assuming that things like being able to lift your own body weight are "all levels." I guess this isn't labeled "all levels," but another video you have that includes lifting your entire body weight and swinging around is labeled as such. If anyone sees this comment and can direct me toward yoga swing videos that do not assume that level of physical strength, I would greatly appreciate it.
Very nice, I loved all the leg and hip stretches. That swinging thing though....I weigh 195 and am out of shape, I didn't stand a chance of doing that. Brings up a lot of sadness about my body. I would love an alternative that would be like 1/10 of that difficulty :(.
Im doing this for a certain timespan now but im glad i came across this vid. A nice lady showing me some more varieties of this practice. I definitly need this because im sitting a lot, this helps really really well to feel lighter in the morning and before sleeping - definitly saved in my playlist, thank you!
