The medical doctors for western medicine will just put us on antidepressants and call it a day. That’s not the answer. I also had really bad eczema growing up and still have severe eczema, but I’m on the Dupixent shots now. It keeps my eczema clear most of the time (not at this moment though), and so I have noticed that I get acne more often now. I used to only get a spot or two around the time of my cycle, but now it seems I have a spot or two every week at 25! Very frustrating and I’m trying to figure out how to adjust my skincare routine to compensate 😂 but would so much rather have a few acne spots than the terrible rash breakouts I got from my eczema!
