Ivor's Travels, Enjoying the World Around Me. Hello everyone. I live in Nottingham England, the home of Robin Hood. Whenever I go on holiday I've always kept a video diary of my travels, just for my own viewing really, so I can remember where I've been in my old age. I started my channel as a result of lockdown, and honestly didn't have a clue what I was doing, but my inner have a go Ivor said, come on your never too old, give it a go. So I did, with glimpses of places I've enjoyed visiting, mainly out and about in the great outdoors, upon scenic walks, or visiting beautiful gardens, useing music to tell my stories as I haven't plucked up the courage yet to do voice-overs. Glad you enjoyed it. There are so many wonderful places to visit in the States. We have enjoyed many road trips out here. We stop off at many gardens and just love exploring them. Ivor always has to try hammocks, big seats, etc and that creates a great photo opportunity for me when he tries to dismount. This was a pretty new garden but already very beautiful. Hi Ivor, we have to say: We really love your videos! Allways impressive footage , perfectly cut and the music to it fits in a way, that you feel the atmosphere being there by your own. The Drummer band-I think maybe they wanted to express the powerful rythm and heartbeat of the colourful nature outside: Blue sky, white clouds in the wind, Green woods and hills, flowers around, ...something like that... We really enjoy all of Alsace. It is one of our favourite regions of France. It is a joy to walk through these wonderful villages and vineyards at the foot of the Vosages. We do like pretty much everywhere we have travelled throughout the world.

What a beautiful place. The views from the observation deck are spectacular, and the houses set in the fields are reminiscent of Anne of Green Gables. The view of the church and bridge is also beautiful. So relaxing and peaceful place. Thanks for nice sharing, Ivor 🤗

This seems like a trip of a lifetime. I can only imagine how fantastic this feels. Seeing you walking to such remote and beautiful places, it reminds me of my most memorable travel experiences, and the most precious were in places of solitude. Your videos are always unique and so watchable.
Over time we have made many trips like this about 30 of which have been in North America. We just love wandering and exploring the wonderful world upon which we live. The views from Ile Bonaventure and Mount St Joseph were breathtaking. I was disappointed that the Historic Village was closed. It would have been a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the region's history. These preserved villages are fascinating time capsules. Thanks for sharing your trip with us!👌👍
Good morning Ivor & Robert You sure had a nice view of Percé from your motel 🤩 Never been to "Le Parc Régional du mont St-Joseph " . The views from the viewpoints were beautiful 🤩 The bridge that goes to New Brunswick from Pointe-à-la-Croix to Campbellton looks similar to the "Jacques Cartier" bridge in Montreal but in a much smaller scale. We passed on the #132 when we came back from Percé in 2020 and passed in Pointe-à-la-Croix" and the "Matapédia " valley but we didn’t stop nowhere until we had reached "Grand-Mètis" on the other side of the peninsula. The Historic Village looks so beautiful and the children are awesome. I like the views from the viewpoint on the lake and the rolling hills and meadows. The chapel is beautiful with its blue roof. Everything is so calm and peaceful with great music 🎶
