Myy problem is the yogurt I make turns out too sour and unpleasant tasting. If I strain it to make thicker, it gets worse. What is my problem? I use good quality organic milk. The starter?
I want to make cake with no added sugar or sweetener, other than the any fruit that is part of the recipe, no honey no syrup no dates nothing but all the recipe but the sugar…is this possible?
