This guy left out lots like vehicles. Also real stratagies on the mic like either telling team too pull or push at the beggining so your all in the same combat mindset. Also either pushing left or right too the map and having people guard say the other side from far. These are big maps and you get picked out while alone. So telling new players too buddy up and or triple up for a slaughter house the last shots count and the noob can get in and get some finally
where do vehicles fit into this? obviously getting in a vehicle is part of the BTB experience, how do you maximize your survivability against mid rangers while being effective?
You didn’t even talk about the reticle and aiming ahead of the targets motion. Likely the only reason it works at mid-long range is because you’re aiming at the target, not ahead of it, so your reticle isn’t red and thus will not track.
Man, big team battle is so gimmicky. The warthog is basically made out of paper mache, but the tanks and wasp are nearly indestructible without a power weapon. It seems to be all about being a jerkoff and camping for these vehicles or getting lucky and cheesy with RNG weapon and vehicle drops. Too much chaos for me. I wish there were more small-mediium maps with vehicles. I NEED balanced modes/maps with vehicle play. I fell in love with Halo because of the vehicles, but this game (and Halo 4 and 5) have misused them so hard.
the shock rifle has always been a tricky one for me, especially recently due to my controller having the worst stick drift I've ever seen, been playing K&M since that happened but it's hard to hit moving targets since my hands are really shaky.
In your video you said it takes "12 needles" I'm pretty certain, I've had people shoot me, and its just been 3 visually, & I die.. And when I USED THE NEEDLER, I can dump a whole fucking clip into people, & it just doesn't kill them, on the flip side, sometimes I use it, & it kills the enemy in game, super fast. It was literally driving me crazy, & that's why I'm here now... Good to see there is supposed to be logic behind it.. ?
I learned how essential movement is to aiming from playing Perfect Dark Zero on 360. The controls were so clunky, it was best to keep the crosshair at head level of the enemy and just move left and right.
Finally a tutorial that actually works!! Settings just like you said and I’m only getting better with more practice! Definitely weird getting used to as I’ve always dominated in previous Halo with right thumb stick.
PP just got buffed! Tracking at mid range will likely be more reliable. And now 5 shots to break shields will mean this will be stronger in cqc against AR
Too bad it doesnt allow you to switch weapon faster, since plasma take out shields itd be nice in a gun fight to switch to other weapon for the kill but given an assault rifle kills just as fast if not faster than doing so makes any utility of any other gun a tad useless especially if the AR is a starting gun, wonder if things would be easier if AR wasnt on spawn loadout or weakened to work over taking shields down and switch gun for kill, having this just 1 gun mentality to kill makes the sandbox feel small and not every gun has a purpose. Tracking is nice and all but id rather a shield shredder than another hun killer, not to say a gun shouldnt kill or have a chance but to have a gun to serve different issues on the battlefield is cool,i guess give long range hit mting but makenthe shots slower, mid range little bit faster and close fast and maybe hip the fastest so it can serve some purpose
I fell in love with that weapon from playing on legendary and needing to use it. I got really good with it and every Halo game. Then I play multiplayer in infinite and failed many times. I gave it a good try :(
This is underated halo knowledge. I have my center deadzone set to 0, might try raising it up and lower my axial. Any thoughts on this? Ik lucid or mint blitz keeps a 0 center cant remember which 1 lol
Dude I’m telling you axial needs to be at 4 or 5 most pros use it n makes a world of difference with how aim assist works in this game i think center should be at 0 however I’ll update that soon
My aim sucks on controllers only because it doesn’t feel intuitive and the sensitivity is great until I gotta aim down sights then my gun becomes a wet noodle lol
Season 2 update - has the Disruptor been massively nerfed? I was growing to love this weapon, but now find it really sucks? Unless I'm backing someone else up with a different weapon type, I no longer feel confident using the Disruptor in solo engagements. I swear I can peg someone with at least 8/10 darts but they'll kill me, and I'll wait for them to die too for a "from the grave" kill, but they go zap zap for a few seconds then back to full shields!!! In season 1 if you filled someone full of darts, they'd bloody well die!
I'll have to take another look at it because I've experienced similar results after season 2. I was thinking it's maybe just Last Spartan Standing, but I'll have to look into it and see if anything has changed. Also, it doesn't have the best sound design, so it's hard to tell when you actually get a hit or not, which may be why it's inconsistent.
