I'm not sure. I haven't tried that out yet. The secondary fire probably allows for stackable AoE, however I don't think it would be that useful, considering it's rare that two teammates use it at the same time, and on the same enemy.
But does secondary still cause random grenades to explode. Like a bunch of players scrap in a room a charged shot could cause any extra grenades to explode. ?
Absolutely! Random grenades sitting on the ground will still explode with secondary fire's area damage. However, grenades on the grenade pads still require a direct hit, so it won't work there unless you hit it directly.
Probably the pulse carbine. It's only good in a very, VERY specific range. Other than that maybe the plasma pistol, but even then it has a much better range of use than the pulse carbine. Possibly even the disruptor. They're still good weapons, just far too situational to be useful on a regular basis.
@@legend1922 I hate to ask but could you try on campaign and see if anything s changes? Legitimately if they changed the explosion effects, vehicle handling, and added the splatter effect with the chopper, I will straight up redownload the game but the game was almost unplayable for an OG Halo fan like me, maybe you could do a video of all of the updated explosion effects, phantom grenades, compared to the old ones, I've noticed nobody has a comparison, and it would help people like me decide whether they believe the game has had enough time yet, show us the progress you know
The chopper was indeed buffed and one-shots vehicles at full speed (if you were wondering), vehicle handling has a good amount of improvement (less bouncy), however I don't think the explosions have changed much. Other than that, I might do a comparison when 343 adds a little more to be compared. I am uploading a Season 2 Review video May 10th, at 12pm MST. If you want to see if it's worth coming back to or not, feel free to check that out when it drops! Most of season 2 was mainly multiplayer changes, but if anything else peaks your interest, then it may be something to check out.
