a great team leader will take responsibility when the team fails. it doesnt matter if it is lebrons fault or not. its a team. if you are the team leader you should say 'i need to be better, and WE need to improve'.

"body language" is a very soft way to put it. lebron is out there rolling his eyes and walking away while ham is trying to draw up plays. if your star player is doing that to the coach, the coach is done.
What kind of argument is “the coaches haven’t had the same kind of success without Lebron” ?? Duh.. lol the players have the vast majority of impact on the result of games. Also, if Lebron is considered 1 or 2 all-time, of course these coaches would be more successful with him because THEY DO NOT PLAY AND HE DOES

Darvin Ham got fired because of the Bronsexuals on Twitter. LeBron didn’t give Ham his blessing and now he’s out of a job. I don’t think Ham was great per se but he wasn’t bad. As for Spoelstra… I think he’s an excellent coach… maybe the best in the NBA today.
